How is this company selling FDA products such as Simparica Trio without a prescription???

I ordered... customs returned to sender for an unknown reason three weeks later paperworknot correct. They refused to reship and I was out the exchange rate fees and credit card transaction fee. There only response was to try reordering and maybe lose again... not trustworthy in my opinion... Canadian reviewer

I ordered meds from Pet Bucket. Unfortunately, Canadian customs blocked my order and sent it back. I had been very impressed with how fast my order had been sent out, by the great prices, by the excellent communication and follow-up, and how quickly a full refund was issued by Pet Bucket. I am sorry I can't continue to do business with them but anyone thinking about placing an order, do so with confidence.

Our dog Atticus was due for his Simparica Trio and we have just moved and had everything in boxes.
Our vet, now 4 states away, suggested I order from Petbucket. Wow what a great suggestion! Our order arrived promptly and was in perfect condition when delivered! We received multiple emails updates along the way. We were very pleased with Petbucket and can recommend them without reservation.

I was surprised to see more than 22% 1 star for this company.
In fact there are many issues and my product was also returned from the customs by Post Canada without any explanation, so I waited many weeks for nothing.
I was quickly refunded but maybe this is better than receiving a fake product as I read in many comments here.
On the contrary, their customer service replied in a timely manner and initiated the refund the same time.
It is at the end disappointing.

Ordering was easy , very straight forward. I love that the prices weren't ridiculous and youre able to earn points with every purchase as well as schedule reorders when needed. Shipping was as expected considering my distance and customs,so im sure if closer it would be even better. I hope to continue to have a great experience with the site and ordering process an hope that i dont need any customer assistance but if i do ill update my review to include that.

They have cheap flea meds and it gets to you quickly. They also care about their customers. Definitely recommend.

I have not received the product that I paid for as it was returned to sender by Canada customs and the company is ignoring my emails. I would not trust this company to place an order going forward.

Danger. Do not purchase on this site pet bucket. I received nexgard spectra, the product is fake. The box looks the same but the lote number on the box doesn't match the one inside on the plastic. I checked the internet and that is one thing they mention to verify.

UK CS FROM THEIR HOUSE BUT IT COME FROM CHINA.

I ordered Heart Guard medication and Flea & Tick meds for my dog, very low in price even with the 15% tariff. Shipping very fast only 9 days and was delivered over here in the states. Totally Recommend!

The price of their products are the cheapest I have ever seen! I will admit I was leery on ordering from a company I have never heard of or dealt with. Some of my concerns were would I actually be receiving the brand I ordered and would the product already be expired. Neither of these were the case. I ordered simaprica trio 6 tabs and the expiration dates were 10/2027! One of the boxes were damaged (they sent 2 boxes of the 3 tabs) in shipping but the contents were unharmed. The website said it would take 10-20 business days to arrive as I was ordering from Canada. They arrived in 13 business days! Their thank you and follow up emails were greatly appreciated. Very easy website to navigate and like I said, their prices can not be beat. I will definitely be reordering next year!

I ordered Nexgard for dogs and it arrived quickly without delay. Price was very affordable. Pet Bucket sent me emails and was in constant communication throughout the ordering process. So far I am happy with this company and will continue to purchase their products.
