I can't believe I just paid $20 for 3 small containers of candy. (or going forward what would be $40).
The candy tasted ok, but easily not worth more then $8-$10. Also no way that box cost $10 to ship Fedex Ground.
You can't pick the type of candy you want, so you just got to hope what arrives is to your liking. Also for some strange reason they won't show you what you paid for past orders.
To add insult to injury when I tried to cancel they offered me $19.99 which included S/H as long as I was a member. So basically they know they are charging to much for the candy. That is insulting you would offer me a better deal when I cancel.

it is incredibly over priced. its $40 for three small containers of candy, they ask your preferences and then they don't take them into account. I said sour candy only and I ended up with one sour candy, one chocolate and some dummies. Easily only $8 worth of candy and I wont even eat most of it. Very disappointed.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I emailed them to cancel and they went through cancelling immediately

Everytime I have ordered from this site my candy has either been the wrong box, the wrong amount or has come melted. And the last comuster service person gave me an attitude when I tried to contact them on fixing my order. The candy isnt very good for the price you end up paying including shipping and everything else.

Edit: I wasn't expecting a refund but they stood by their "satisfaction guarantee". My experience has been most frustrating...but they do appear to want to improve customer experience and because of this, I'm adding two stars to a previous rating to be fair.
Summary / areas for improvement for those interested:
- Confusing imagery/text on website as to what you're actually getting in the box! Their 6-month and 12-month plan photos show 6 tubs when you're actually getting 3 (unless you enter a promo code for an additional 3 tubs). Checkout process needs to list very clearly the # of tubs included, not just cost (this should be a given?).
- Definitely overpriced for what it is ($30-40/month plus $8.95 shipping for only 3 small tubs of candy) but maybe people are ok paying for the "unboxing" experience vs. just the candy itself? Not sure.
- There's no way to check billing history.
- Selection of candy is based on your zip code - you won't be able to get everything you see on the main page pre- zip code entry so just keep that in mind. And popular items quickly run out of stock.

I can't believe I have paid 60 dollars for candy I can buy at the local grocery stores for much less. I said on my profile that I prefer mostly sweets and both boxes I have received have sour stuff in it and I hate sour candy. I imagined that I would be able to choose from the menu of all of the candies they have listed, but you get what they give you with no choice. Complete waste of money, and I am absolutely dissatisfied with with this company. Like I said, you are paying 80 percent more for candy tyou could buy at Dollar General.

Choice of selections started off great but after a few months, there was NO choice, they choose for you, BUT, what I can say is that I have never had the pleasure to interact with a more kinder and respectful customer service representative than Jack. He deserves 10+ platinum stars. Every company needs a Jack on their payroll, maybe then there would be more satisfied customers in the world! 🙏

The blue raspberry belts and strawberry belts were like the best candies we’ve received. I hate how I couldn’t choose the candies my family and I like. Also I changed my address way in advance before package was sent out and they don’t redirect packages once delivered. I was only charged $80 for the 6 candies!!! Totally disappointed.
Top notch customer service. Superior quality candy. This is such a wonderful company to work with. I give the subscription to my son every year for his birthday and it's something he looks forward to month after month.
This month there was some confusion with an address change since my son has gone off to college for his Freshman year. Ashley was so helpful and friendly and made everything okay. This will really make my son's day!

Candy Club is committing FRAUD!!!! I have never ordered from this company let alone ever heard from them. I live no where near California. They are stealing people's credit card numbers and charging peoples cards in hopes they won't see their statements. Charge was the same each time $43.98, and was told it was reoccurring when I disputed it. I am thankful I won my dispute each time which has been over 4x. This company is a JOKE!!!!!

I just had to share about an exceptional customer service experience. I had trouble placing my order, it got stuck on processing and wouldn’t put my purchase through. I called Candy club and spoke to Jack Bostic. He was incredibly patient and, although he wasn’t tech support, figured out what to do to put my order through. He was knowledgeable and a truly kind person- if I should have this issue again, I will definitely ask for him! As I said to him, Candy club needs to give him a raise as he not only handled a customer service call, he excelled at tech support. Thank you Jack!

really expensive for some lousy gummy candy, and i didn’t like any of them. also i thought there was suppose to be a bonus candy? that’s what it said on the pamphlet i received, but i didn’t that so....
