Writing for my daughter who ordered the…

Writing for my daughter who ordered the box. Beautifully displayed and was lots of fun to open. My issue is...all her jars except 1 had a sticker seal but not the white sealed for your protection seal on the inside? Only 1 had the white sealed for your protection. When I looked into it more it seems they all should have that....not sure if she should try this candy.

I ordered this for my daughter's…

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. She's away at college and has always loved receiving surprises in the mail. She called and said it arrived but everything was melted. That's real interesting because she lives in a high rise apartment building. All mail is delivered to a central mailroom inside the building and it is air conditioned. All packages are signed for by the concierge at the front desk and hand delivered to the tenants. 1) they have no phone number. 2) it takes multiple days at two and three days each to get a response. I imagine it could honestly take a month of messages and photos being sent to resolve an issue. 3) issue was not resolved. They offered me a 5.00 refund. 4) I wasn't pleased in the first place that I couldn't pick and choose my selection. 5) I asked that my subscription be canceled. I also will post my negative review on each and every outlet I can find to complain. I'd been better off buying her a gift bag from dollar tree and filling it up with $50.00 worth of Swedish Fish. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. With love from mom.

Ordered thru Groupon for $5 and it was…

Ordered thru Groupon for $5 and it was ordered on 6-6-19 they sent me a tracking number that never showed up. Sent an email and they responded in less then 24 hours and said I'd be getting a new shipment. That was on the 12th and I just got my box today the 26th. So it essentially took 20 days to get my box if candy. I cancelled my subscription and will never give them another try. When I emailed to complain about how long it was taking for the 2nd order to get here I was told that it isn't normal for it to take so long but no offer of refund of a discount to try again. Save your money and go to a local candy store, you'll get a better selection and quality.

Not very happy this month

Not very happy this month. Took twice as long to get my box as it did the first month. This is my second month. First month I accidently signed up and bought 2 box's as I was trying to add the discount ( never did get that BTW) . So I get 2 box's first month. Cancel 1 and this month get 1 but it took a full week and I get 2 jars of same candy from last month. Really.. No paper inside saying where the stuff came from like last time. For 40 dollars a month.

We are sorry to hear that! Our processing time is 1-2 business days, once the order ships it's 3-5 business days for delivery. We show that your order was placed on 6/19, box shipped the same day and was delivered on 6/26, within our shipping timeframe. In regards to the discount, we are unable to retroactively add a promo once the order is placed/processing. However, it appears that we did offer to cancel altogether so that you can redo your order but we did not hear back from you.

We have looked into the repeat candy issue and the missing information form - we have submitted replacements for the 2 duplicate candies. Once the orders ships, you will receive 2 tracking emails. The paper/insert with all the pertinent information for your box has been sent to you via email. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

Happy :-)

I ordered this for my husband & he loves it! I got him the small sizes the first time & had to change it to the larger sizes. So far the candies are wonderful :-) he hasn't gotten anything he doesn't like. I even reuse the jars so we both win!!!

Precious Memories are within each box of candy. As my Dad's Cancer became more severe, he asked me to help him fill out the form for The Candy Club. He paid in advance as well. The Candies kept coming after his Service ended. As a Family we would gather around and share each treat. Our Happy Times-a sweet treat-

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I had a subscription that was supposed to last only 6 months and they still charge my card and send candy every month. It’s been 3 years. I’ve tried calling to cancel and they never answer, it always says they’re closed. I’ve tried emailing multiple times but no response. I would not recommend at all!!!!!!

Update: it’s really sad that the only way candy club responds is through a review of the company. I received 6 months worth of refunds. I appreciate the refunds, however, 6 months is what I initially wanted to pay for. The extra 2 1/2 years that you guys have charged me is what I would like to be reimbursed for! I’ve tried calling and emailing for years to cancel but never received not one response until I wrote a review!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Every time I would call to angel even during business hours they would say they were closed. All my candies melted. I called to cancel before they took my money from my card ($80) then would not answer after the money was taken.. Never again!..

Wouldn’t recommend.

I literally only like 2 out of 6 of the candies I received. Would not recommend at all unless they get an option for you to choose your candy. I will definitely be canceling! It’s all fruity and gummy stuff which I like a few things like that but not a lot. I chose sweet not sour so not sure why I received mainly sour lol.

Each month we will send you an assortment of different candies, depending on which flavor profile you are in, "Mostly Sweets", or "Mostly Sours". Our candy selection will change each month, so all you need to do is sit back and relax!

If after your first month you are not enjoying your curated experience, you can email us and we would be happy to move you over to a pick-your-own-candies subscription model at no additional charge. I would not recommend

I would not recommend. I was told by many people to not subscribe but I went ahead and got my first box and it was full of gummy’s. I wish they still had a survey to take MY opinion on what I would prefer in a candy box that was supposed to satisfy MY candy cravings. I had very high hopes going in and I feel truly dissatisfied and disappointed. I definitely don’t think I would recommend unless sweet gummy’s is your thing. I really wanted to like and enjoy it but I’m sorry to say I won’t be subscribing in the future.

Beautiful display

Beautiful display. Nicely packaged. Everything arrived undamaged and perfect. The candies were tasty. This was such a treat and a fun order to receive. Canceling was quick and easy, customer service is top notch. I sent an email and had a reply within 24 hours. The only thing I would change is adding variety. All 6 jars were gummy candies. Which are not my favorite but we’re my kids favorite so it worked out and 4 of the items I had never had before so it was fun to try new things.

Melted candy in Arizona

I purchased for $5.00 a redemption for a Candy Club Box, from Groupon. When I went to order it, I had to pay $9.98 for shipping. I received the box of 6 candy jars and they were all melted. 2 of the containers melted 100% and then reformed into a giant glob, and the other 4 were melted mostly at the bottom, but still melted enough that you could not get off one full piece of candy. I wrote to Candy Club & sent pictures, and they are refunding my shipping charges, and that's it. I lost the $5.00 paid to groupon and....not much of the candy was edible unfortunately. I live in Arizona, and it's JUNE...so...I would think that they would take more precautions shipping their candy to the desert..

Seriously the worst…

This is seriously the worst subscription ever. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even after reading all the horrible reviews, because my boyfriend really likes trying new candy. I gave them 3 months to get their act together and all 3 months, I was sent the SAME, EXACT candy... for FORTY dollars! Absolutely ridiculous. I should have listened.
