Candy club is the biggest con-artist I’ve ever seen, they ask you to sign up to pick the candies and have you put your payment info in first to charge immediately then after they charge you they say they are picking what candies they are going to ship to you, then they ship out the box faster than you can call and cancel and tell you that it already shipped so they can’t issue a refund, don’t do business with these crooks

Absolutely love my monthly boxes. I had an issue regarding my May box so I contacted customer service who quickly answered all of my questions and solved my problem. Their customer service department is amazing

Really annoyed, I sent a message through the website to cancel my subscription and two weeks later i get another box, so now I payed for another box, and the candy I received are the same i have been getting, I don't like the selection i have been getting so I guess I will be throwing it all away, it's really a shame, they need to figure out a easier more reliable way to cancel subscription, seems that it's not "a bug" a lot of people are having this issue. I have called several times and every time I call during business hours it says they are closed. I don't have a reference number...DO NOT GET A SUBSCRIPTION!!

Wow I’m blown away at Candy Club and how they fixed a mishap that wasn’t their fault. I live in Texas and even in April it can start becoming warm. I was excited to receive my first box from Candy Club. I was so estactic to see the text of its delivery and get my box on the day that it arrived. However upon opening it, two of 3 chocolate treats were melted in their containers. I took photos of the containers and sent them off. Candy Club replaced my two melted chocolate containers with two other choices and wrapped them up to protect them from heat. They really went above and beyond to help me. The company could have said that it wasn’t their fault and moved on with their day, but they didn’t. I see that as an A+ in my book. Thank you candy club for being so awesome and resolving the issue.

Horrible. They said they would deliver the candy within 3-5 days. I got an email saying it wouldn’t get there for about a week and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. Ordering this as a gift and was given information saying it would take 3-5 days. Not over a week. Very ridiculous and do not recommend ordering if you’re ordering this as a gift for someone. Do. Not. Count. On. Them. I’m furious. So disappointing.

Honestly, I had my reservations at first because it is definitely not cheap and we didn't like one of the candies we got. However, when I reached out to Candy Club, they fixed it right away and sent us a replacement candy of our own choice. Awesome service!

Similar to other customers, I haven't been able to cancel this subscription. I really only wanted a single box for my son at Valentine's Day. I paid for it when I received a 2nd box, and checked website to learn I'd been put on a subscription plan. I emailed and messaged via the website, requesting cancellation. No response or confirmation. I received another unwanted box this week. Emails bounce back. I sent another message through their website. No response. Don't get involved; candy subpar and not worth this hassle.

I ordered this for my son & I to enjoy. We loved it so much. It may not be for everyone, & for those that don’t enjoy adventure, I would advise to just go buy what they like. We like to try new things & if something comes that we don’t enjoy, we give it to someone who would. Such adorable containers make giving the candy as gifts extra fun. We save the little pots to put all kinds of stuff in! The candy has been a huge hit! To the credit of this company, when we had to cancel due to financial hardship, they not only refunded us out last payment, but sent us out next candy box free of charge! You can’t get better customer service than that! How sweet! We will go back as soon as we get back on our feet! Thank you, Candy Club for brightening so many rainy days!

After you cancel, they will continue to charge you. Even though you canceled in plenty of time and you have an email that clearly says you will not be charged again.

This is an updated review just to make clear, they have a “guarantee” on thier page that if u don’t like your candy or are unhappy with your order, they replace it free of charge. I emailed them twice, once before my order even went out, to if I could choose, and they answered me I couldn’t, and after I received them, I made clear I only got one candy I even enjoyed and couldn’t really eat the rest, because I got stuff I made clear in the first email I wasn’t able to eat, which is why I wanted to choose, and all I got was this bull crap standard response about curated candy, despite thier guarantee, and no offer to exchange or replace the candies with stuff I would eat, then when I left a review here they actually had the nerve to say that if I contacted them I could choose my candies, which I tried to do immediately after signing up and realizing I couldn’t choose, I even made clear in my email that there were things I couldn’t eat due to some health issues and restrictions, and again, they did nothing before or after to make it right, so I stand ever firmer in my review, and even lower it a star, because now I’m reviewing the follow through with customer service as well as the bull rap guarantee, which is just an out right lie, as well as the response I was given to my last review, a lie to make them look good after a bad review, but no basis in truth because I already did what was suggested to no avail. Again I say, buyer beware, this place is a scam, them will tell u what they think u want to hear, but won’t actually make it right, u still lose ur money, and worse they try to encourage u to purchase again and this time we can let u choose, no way will I lose my money again only to get something else I don’t want and have customer service do the same thing again when I try to make it right.....oh and btw, with thier reply about the sizes and that even though they sent me one 8oz three 9oz and two eleven oz bottles that thier volume is what’s 13 oz each, and not the weight, but to be clear, none of these where 13 oz in volume either, all of them were less, so either way, scam, also everywhere else u get to weigh ur candy and purchase in weight and they don’t make clear on thier site that it won’t be in weight but in volume, and either way it doesn’t meet thier own measurements, it’s ridiculous......purchase at ur own risk....
Giving 2 stars because at one point this subscription was fun to have and had a lot of interesting options that I didn't really see very often in stores around my town. As of January I've gotten progressively more disappointed as the selection has just remained more or less the same as it was in December 2018 and seems to be growing smaller by the month. I think I may have an older subscription plan, the one with the three larger jars of candy that you get to custom choose every month, as opposed to the 6 smaller jars that are randomly selected based on whether you want a sweet or sour box.
I don't know if the company actually has a larger selection then what is shown and is only sending it out to newer subscribers signing up with this new subscription plan or if they've just severely downgraded their stock. Ether way, I'm thinking of just canceling my subscription if there isn't anything new next month. What they've had stocked recently isn't anything interesting or something I can't just get else where at this point. Plus as a side note, I used to put in my order and would consistently get my box within about 4 to 5 days. Now it takes almost two weeks. Not sure what decisions were made with the business, but it all just suddenly changed at the start of the year and it's kinda disappointing.

This service is a joke. First off, it took almost 2 weeks to get my box, not 3 days like others have stated. Then when I received my first box it was suppose to be the "sweet" box, however 3 out of the 6 candies were sour candies and 5 out of the 6 were gummy candies. What's worse is that 2 of them were so hard that eating them would have been impossible unless I wanted to break all my teeth. I've reached out to customer service several times and have not received a response. For three days I have tried calling their customer service number and it keeps giving the same lame excuse about "no one can take your call due to a company wide event". Others have said they have received the same voice mail for more than a month ago. This must be SOME event. I just want to cancel my box.
