I was pretty dissatisfied with this…

I was pretty dissatisfied with this service. I'm giving it 2 stars because it shipped the same day as I ordered, and it was fast to get to me. Even then, I only planned on getting one box- it took 2 emails for them to actually reply and cancel my subscription. When I received my box, the candies inside were pretty gross. If I knew I was only going to get gummies, I would've at least ordered the sour box so I wouldn't get those tasteless powdery gummies, or the ones covered in those horrid sprinkles. I'm very upset that the only form of chocolate in the box was in that taffy, and didn't even taste like it had a hint of actual chocolate in it. The only thing that was even sort of good was the cupcake bites, and even then they were stale and the sprinkles had the texture of paper confetti. I looked at all the other boxes, and I think this one is the absolute worst of them all. I'm sad that I didn't order back in September when I could've actually gotten a good box.

Been trying for over a week now to cancel

Been trying for over a week now to cancel! Called and get some stupid message about the phones being off for an event! Really, what do you have 1 person answering the phone??? I emailed 4 times and still nothing. If I get charged again, I am
Going to lose it. I have a table filled with candy that no one in my family will eat. I can get the same stuff at the dollar store. Such a joke trying to cancel.

TRASH STALE CANDY

First the website was designed by a teenager on acid and is the most confusing maze to get through. Then you can't select the candy you get i got 5 sour candies that were all hard a rocks then smores taffy the onlt thing i would of ate out of the trash they sent me was melted prior to being shipped and stuck to the paper so bad I couldn't even eat it. Then i try to cancel but conveniently nothing is on the website so I decide I just change the payment info and they wont send me anything wrong they charge my old card and send more trash candy so I have search the internet to find out you need to personally email them within their business hour to cancel this is ridiculous 80 dollars wasted on stale candy

Very hard to cancel service

The candy wasnt bad, but it wasnt the best. I decided that I did not want to reorder. I later found out that a box had been shipped to me and I was unaware that it was a reoccurring service. I instantly contacted customer support and they canceled my account but didn't refund me. Very disappointing. I dont want to be charged for something I didn't intend to get, or that I wanted.

Asking if I have any more concerns: I didn't receive a refund and that is the concern. The way your business handles cancellations is very concerning. Ill have to go through my bank to get the refund.

I think its great all the candy was really good shipping was fast but its way to expensive so ill b canceling if they cant offer a better deal then $30 a month

Had to call the company many times...

Had to call the company many times with problems. First, they never emailed the tracking number when the packaged shipped and had to call in order to receive it. Second, they mailed to a fake address (not the one I submitted) that cause the package to be returned to sender, but I was lucky enough to get ahold of the post office for my boyfriend to pick up his only gift on Valentine’s Day from the post office. This was after many calls to the company (which they first told me was not there fault and then getting in contact with Fed Ex and USPS). Then called the Candy Club back to tell them they screwed up and they offer to priority ship my boyfriend another box free of cost (which again never sent me the tracking number) and refund me $15 for the shipping charge since they messed. Customer service was easy to get ahold of, but very annoying with the shipping problem that occurred.

I wish I could afford!!

My friend gets candy from this subscription and brought it to me the month I was in the hospital and I LOVED IT! The gummis are juicy and soft and it’s the perfect size to snack on! I love this idea of flavor profiles too. Me being gummy person I love mostly sours and sweets and it’s awesome you can choose.
My only problem is I was in a crazy accident and I can’t work so I can’t pay 40-60 a month for the candy subscription :( one day I will because I LOVE candy and a subscription for monthly candy is an amazing treat.
Good job on this idea! One day I’ll be a customer 😛

Zero If I could

Zero If I could. I was sent old candy. Nothing was according to my preference. 3 out of the 6 were from Christmas. I was supposed to get 6 jars of 6 oz.... Half the box had below 6 oz. Even then, I would have been okay with the idea and product if their customer service existed. None whatsoever. No shipping or order conf. no calls no message back.

Can’t cancel subscription

i’m giving them zero ratings because it’s impossible to get in contact with them. I was able to call them to cancel one of my accounts and issue me a refund,because I was charged twice for something which was my mistake but now I would like to cancel my other account. I have been texting them and trying to call them with no avail to cancel my current account and they will not answer I’m very upset because these box will be coming late and I’m afraid that they will charge me for the next months box instead of canceling my subscription. Please Be careful when dealing with them they don’t answer their customers.

I ordered a box LAST WEEK for my…

I ordered a box LAST WEEK for my daughter for Valentines Day, I assumed that because the reviews weren't " that bad" that I would give them a try myself (bad idea), I NEVER received a confirmation email giving me a tracking number after I ordered. You'd assume that if someone is quick to take your money they'll be quick to reassure you that your product is coming. I began calling Tuesday and was told that I would have a confirmation email by the end of the day... that didn't happen . Today I called twice and finally got a tracking id, just so happens they are expediting a new package that won't get here until maybe Friday! I'm extremelyupset due to the fact that if i wanted my box the day after, I wouldn't have ordered it. I spent money trying to ensure my daughter could have a beautiful Valentines Day and Candy box was the icing on the cake ( she's 5 and loves to open packages) but here I am finding out the day before that I have to find some way to improvise . I am not satisfied

BEST SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley in regards to a few concerns I had about my first couple Candy Club orders I made last week for Valentine's Day; Ashley went FAAAR above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied first time customer! Still not shipped

Not sure what the hold up is. I ordered my pack Feb 3rd to have before Valentine's day and it's Feb 12th still hasn't been shipped. Since my gift won't be here as expected I'm thinking I may just cancel. So anxious for nothing.

The reason for the 2 stars is because… Candy so hard it broke my bracket

The reason for the 2 stars is because my candy all came really hard, i watched a lot of youtube videos online and know other people who have gotten candy club and say it’s so good because of how soft the gummies are but mine were so hard. I don’t know if it’s because they were stale or because they froze in the mail but they actually broke one of my brackets of my braces. 2 of the candies had a weird gelatin like aftertaste. I think candyclub is a really good idea but it’s way overpriced for quality of the candy. I’ll definitely be canceling my account. I spent so much money on this and was so excited but it really disappointed.

Not good

I've used this subscription service twice in my life and the most recent time was such a terrible experience compared to the first. My first box was perfect this second one was the complete opposite 2 of my 3 candies arrived melted and almost a week and a half after the delivery date.

Great Service and Fun Company

I tried Candy Club for a month! The candies were delicious and fun.
I wanted to cancel my subscription because I'm trying to save up some money and cut out a lot of things I don't necessarily need. Customer service was fast and prompt and very nice.

UPDATE on False advertising and damaged product

UPDATE: Customer Service was quick to respond And they responded after hours. They are sending me out 4 new jars of candy to replace the 4 damaged products I received. The quick response and lack of hassling me (I offered to send the damaged product back but they said not necessary) definitely makes me feel valued. If the 4 replacement jars are as quality as the 2 goods ones I got today I’ll probably reinstate my subscription. I have changed my review to 4 stars due to customer service and anticipation that the replacement product will be amazing.

I was super excited when my candy club box came in today. When I opened it the presentation wasn’t at all what I anticipated. The website clearly states they give you a candy splash and my box didn’t have any candy splash. I received 6 jars of candy and 4 of them weren’t sealed and stale. The two jars that were sealed were yummy.
I emailed customer service about it and they said they discontinued the candy splash last year. They told me that they did seal the product and it was due to the temperature that it was this way.
That’s not what happened, they were not sealed! I only tried one of each so am more than happy to send back for a fresh non defective product.
Hopefully they make it right and I’ll be a happy customer.
