Only 1 star because I can’t leave 0. Weed came brown and hard to finish a joint. Don’t waste your time or money. Customer service is only through email because there too shamed to answer a phone.

I had been a loyal customer for well over 5 years at this point and rheir service seems to have e dropped off the face of rhe earth.
E-transfer instructions changed the same day I placed an order, which delayed processing, but no one told me. When I reached out, I was told to change the recipient and email address, yet still nothing worked. No kne has responded to me after reaching out numerous times about resolving this. Been trying to get my order for over a week now and still nothing. Over a 70$ order, they won't offer any sort of resolution l, sporadically responding and not even answering any questions.

Excellent quality at good prices.

For the most part, I'm very happy with the various hash that I buy from this place. Sometimes the same hash will be different from batch to batch with the cheaper brands. I recommended cannacured to friends and they like it too

Decent products, but shitty customer service. I placed an order for faster shipping using UPS. This shipping method was $16 more than the lowest USPS shipping. The items did NOT arrive as per the shipping method used. Canna Cured way of making things right was to send me a $10 gift card, even though shipping I purchased was $16 more than the lowest USPS method.

With a past order, they forgot to include 1-2 items and sent me a gift card for the difference, but I still had to pay the shipping costs.

There are other companies providing similar products - go with another company!!

The product you carry is excellent and your service is as good as it can be..I live in Edmonton I ordered usually a quarter pound or more .Good weed great price..But when it comes to price your for ever changing your prices..It seems like I find an awesome product then you change the price.I purchased 14 grm hash great price think it was 87 dollars now same hash can only buy in 2 gram plus again you changed the price so how do you expect another provience get steady prices it's not coming From you I been dealing a long time and you's have changed to a point we're maybe Alberta don't like your price changes..Truth.

I’ve tried to order from this place a few times. I’ve given it chances. And everytime the weed is shit. It tastes gross, smells gross, he’ll it even looks gross. Hands down worst weed of my life. I’m don’t giving chances.

I had been a loyal client of this company for literally years. Recently they had a promo which was if you purchased a $100 gift card, you received an additional $25 in credit. I proceeded to purchase the gift card (for myself of course), and was shocked to discover they were charging HST of 13% on the gift card. So in reality it was spend $113 and receive $25. I have never been charged taxes on a gift card. Further I discovered for a while they were charging HST on their cannabis. I fully understand charging HST on delivery costs, but on cannabis. A grey market on-line dispensary charging HST. No doubt they are remitting that HST to CRA. I wrote to them expressing my discontent. Of course I never heard anything back, but I do notice they are no longer charging HST on either the cannabis, or the gift cards. You're welcome Cannacured for pointing this out. Too bad I never heard a reply. I have moved back to Grass Life, where they have never charged HST. Highly recommend them if you haven't tried it out.
