Supportive, accountable team!

I've enjoyed my experience with Canopy Management so far. I know the company has been working for with Canopy for a while, and while my personal experience is only a few months, they've been helpful. The meetings do a good job at covering the big picture, while also leaving with some actionable things to inch us all in the right direction.

I've also appreciated the customer serving experience. Again, it is taking care of the interactions and sending the important and actionable information over to us. It is another part that has been helpful, and I appreciate the reminders if I forget the first time around.

The experience overall has been good, and I'm excited to continue going forward with our experience together.

We have found success on Etsy over the last several years and began the process of selling our products on Amazon. We learned that the level of success you can find on Amazon is much higher but so are the skills required to get there. We spent the last 12 months hiring several Amazon management firms. There are three the big ones the come up consistently and unfortunately we wasted 10 months trying out the less expensive options. Canopy is a little more than the competitors but we discovered in almost no time at all that the talent they have more than covers it. I learn something new about Amazon every time we meet and I absorb the information that they give. I'm speaking highly of them to the point that you'd think they paid me but the process of researching a company, doing initial sales calls, onboarding, and then giving them months to see what they can do only to find that they're not producing what they promised and now you have to start again is discouraging. As a business owner I have a lot on my plate and going through this process over and over again was demoralizing. However Canopy in a very short time has moved the needle and they have the data, stats, and expertise to tell you why they're doing what they're doing and show you that it's working. I'm excited to see what they can do and looking forward to the freedom of not having to worry about if the account is being handled well so I can work on other things in terms of growing the business.

Great account managers for Walmart ads. Professional reporting and great follow through and communication

I started working with Canopy a couple months ago after having talked with 5 or 6 different agencies that offer similar services. This was a big decision for our business since it felt like we were hiring our first employee. My wife and I started this business and we work on it on the side, so we needed to outsource our Amazon work as we grew our product line, and we needed to feel confident that our business could grow and be in good hands since almost all our sales come from Amazon. Canopy's track record, honesty, and communication were some of the main reasons we chose them. I also wanted someone who could do their own photos and videos so we didn't have to find yet another person to go to for that.

So far my experience has been really positive. I first started working with their team that does listing optimizations as we are launching a few new products on Amazon. I'm impressed with the images and infographics they've put together for us. Their design team is talented. However, I think I'm more impressed with their communication and willingness to listen to my feedback. I have a pretty good idea of what I want and how things should look, so there have been some things they've done that I wanted done differently. They've been receptive to all of my feedback and really want to make sure I'm happy with the outcome.

Their ads team just started running ads for our products a few weeks ago, so I don't have a ton to report back on in terms of improvements in RoAS and things like that. That being said, one of our products did get the "#1 New Release" badge for its category, so that was a product of the listing optimization and some initial ads.

We still have a few product listings yet to be optimized, including one that is launching soon, so I will try to remember to update this post in about 6 months once those are done and I've had some time to see how the conversion rates, RoAS, and Best Seller Rankings improve.

We were looking for a new Amazon PPC agency after our current agency stopped communicating. We pay a lot for ads and it's important to know what's going on. Everything from the first sales call to onboarding has been great. The CEO, Brian, even got on a call with us to answer questions. I currently work with Gary, Sergie, and Felicia with our companies Amazon PPC management service and have seen great improvement is sales, as well as, limiting wasted advertisement spent. They are very good with customizing and working with your company based on your business and the needs that follow along with it since some businesses have different target and goals. This is a great amazon agency. They were instrumental and setting up our brand for a launch on Amazon as a new channel to the business. The account team is wonderful to work with. Felicia, Bogdan and Anna are very supportive and great at explaining strategies and potential growth opportunities.

Team is very responsive; I can reach Gary and Felicia for any issues and it gets addressed quickly. While we are struggling to meet the KPIs the team is working closely with us to keep improving the numbers.
