Did not receive what I had ordered which was Duckadoodles for my grandson. He received an Easter Basket with little girl’s items. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering again.

I would not waste my time or money with this unprofessional poor customer service company. You will not get what you ordered!
The company has chosen to respond with my correspondence and I stand by my claim. I’m sure if you saw the pics and received the items in the condition received you would be angry too. I don’t need anything free because it’s all trash for me. Maybe you should share the pics of what was ordered versus what was received since you want to claim “She wants a free basket!”

She wanted a free basket and we wouldn't cave.
She began her correspondance with the following:
"I am requesting a full refund back from the order referenced above. The order was not as described and shown, a huge embarrassment that someone threw together and to top it off all of the candy was melted. This is unacceptable and I will be making and sharing negative reviews regarding my service."
We would have allowed a full refund if she sent back the entire product but she said she discarded some of the items and showed zero proof of the issues. We have photos of the care package from her, but there was no proof of damage. We were trying to be reasonable, but she discarded some of the items.
If you receive ripped jeans from a store, you need to show proof and send it back to get a refund. That is the same with our products, you can't just throw items away with no proof and expect a full refund. We offered to ship the items to her right away she claimed were bad, but she was clearly not interested in resolving the issue. I recommend to look to other reviews to show how much effert we put into customer service.

My grandchildren loved the Easter cookie bouquet. I was concerned the cookies would break in transit but they were packaged so well that every one of them was perfect when they arrived. Love the Easter design on each cookie. The hardest decision for them was choosing the one they wanted to eat first. Will definitely purchase from Canterberry again.

Baskets were really cute but some of the treats were expired. I didn’t like how everything was stuck together by tape. The tape was really hard to get off and even ruined some of the wrapping.

I ordered too late…
I ordered too late for the gifts to come prior to the holiday & when Canterberry noticed the gifts were not going to make it in time for the holiday they contacted me and we were able to cancel the shipment in transit. Great customer service!

My daughter does not eat chocolate and many of the snacks had chocolate in them. I wish the description had been a little more detailed so that I could have chosen something else that she would have enjoyed more.

Lovely item, great price
The item was well priced, there were quality tasting treats in a very nice presentation. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the shipping length of time. It took 6 days to arrive and according to the shipper website, I am a 3 day zone. That was a bit disappointing but I would definitely order again. I just know to expect the package to take longer to arrive.
