Edited: I also want to point out these were emails asking for a review from Trustpilot and not marketing emails from us. He had two in his inbox because he ordered twice and that is why he is upset about his inbox "blowing up"
WE are a small family business that sends out 6 Marketing emails in the past year. Most come in the months of Oct through Dec because that is where 90% of our business comes from. Thank you, Bill for knocking our rating from a 4.3 to a 4.1 with your two reviews that took us 4 years to build. We work really are hard to provide a service that people will appreciate. Our marketing emails always include an opt out option, but you choose to be hurt a small family business over nothing.

It was all what was expected. What I loved the most was the size. I’ve ordered gift boxes from other companies in the past and they are tiny. This one was not. It was exactly what I hoped for. My son loved it.

Online ordering process went smoothly
I placed an order online and the process was very simple. I have not heard from the recipient of the gift at the time of this review, but I was pleased with my purchase. I was able to track the package, which was delivered in great time. I couldn't be happier with the process.

Awesome basket and turn around time.
The receiver of the gift basket we ordered could not compliment it enough. She said it was beautiful and couldn't get over how big the basket was. It was delivered in terrific time and I am very grateful.

It did not arrive on the date I requested. When it did get to my daughter she was pleased and happy that I thought of her. Still would of been nice for it to get there before Easter. I really wish they would of told me it would not get there on time. I would of expedited the shipping. Other than that it was beautiful
