Struggle to pay online…
Product was great but paying online was once again a huge hassle as neither my valid credit card nor my valid bank account were acceptable forms of payment & I had to have a separate link sent to me to facilitate payment. This has been ongoing with Canvas Factory for a number of orders and despite my requests that the issue be sorted out, nothing has been done. Note that both my Mastercard and my bank account had sufficient funds available to pay for the product

I paid extra for the expert option of…
I paid extra for the expert option of the picture to be done, thinking the bad things on the photo would be changed plus the lighting ect, I was disappointed when it came as the canvas was exactly as the original photo so what was i actually paying extra for?

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the result.
I’ve checked the order, and unfortunately there were no design notes included with the Design option. Our designers do review images and make suitable adjustments where possible, but they do rely on customer instructions for any specific changes, such as removing unwanted items, correcting lighting in a particular area, or altering parts of the photo.
As no specific instructions were provided, the designer has prepared the image as supplied rather than making changes that may not have matched what you wanted.
That said, we do understand your frustration. If you can please let us know exactly what you were hoping to have changed, we can review this further and see what options are available

Was very easy to use, needed to update address which was promptly acknowledged and updated.
Goods arrived in good time and condition.
Quality of the pictures are great, not all supplied were of great quality. I did use the check but not sure if needed.
Minor point, tracking updates not kept up with delivery.

It’s the after sale service that counts…

Delivery was okay
Delivery was okay but you don’t do large print files drop box didn’t even come close to rendering a file, uploading drop box in my email takes about minute or 2 to render a file that size if I want to print a 16 bit file just over 240mb when it takes ages through your site to render, is JPEG the only option quick and fast file size format, why is drop box available then a subscription put in place where it can’t do its job where drop box through my email is free with file size over 200Mb I like the site apart from that service

Thank you for your feedback. I understand what you mean — large print files can be frustrating when the upload process does not handle them smoothly.
The good news is that we are currently increasing our image upload limit to 1GB per image, which should make it much easier for customers to upload large, high-resolution print files directly through the website.
JPEG is still usually the fastest and most reliable format for online ordering, but we do understand that some customers are working with larger files and need a better upload option. Your feedback is very timely, and this update should help address exactly the issue you’ve raised.
