Constantly send spam email, clearly not a professional outfit. I never subscribed to their emails and they append yoru name to any email address domain you may have to then chance at spamming adverts to you. Need to get rid of businesses like this !

Applied for 7000 but received 6400 but interest you gonna pay from 7k. you will end up with payback 50+%, please read the reviews first then if you want to be in difficulties then go for it and don't regret later.

I received notification that my account has been set up. I NEVER APPLIED FOR AN ACCOUNT AND THEY OPENED A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT IN MY NAME!!!!! How did you verify this account? Are they using my banking info?? You companies that set up online accounts are NOT verifying people!!!!! If you did there would not be an account in my name. I am now going to file a complaint with the BBB about this. Get my unauthorized information out of your system!!

why are you so bad

This company call me at least 3 times a week. I repeatedly tell the same person (Lisa) to please remove my details from their calling list, at which point she just hangs up, so so rude.

Capify if you are reading this, if i get one more call i am going to contact the FCA to make a complaint.

be aware do not rely on this company they say they will refinance after you have paid back 50% of your contract in our experience that has not happened eventhough we have honoured their agreement and paid all our installments on time without any default.A very dangerous situation if you end up relying on refinancing of your business and not given proper criteria when asked in advance ...ok initially albeit expensive but do not rely on this company to be consistent with their values of continually helping the cashflow of your business .

Really pushy selling tactics and don't stick to the payment plan if you get behind. Agree one figure then set up daily direct debits for another figure! Financial ombudsman has been informed but i doubt they will help us.

They have called me 5 times, each time I have asked them to remove me from their contact list and to never call again - they promise they will and then they don’t. If they do it again I will report them to the banking ombudsman.

Asked to be removed 4 times, each time promised to be removed.

They agree to remove you then call again.

Next complaint is the ICO as clearly they ignore remove requests.

Spam email senders.
Seem to be using harvested email list.
Very 'huffy and puffy' when contacting them to remove my details.
Don't use their own mail domain when sending their spam.
