First you charge 40 percent additional as interest to the amount requested, then you charge a paperwork fee, then you charge a monthly fee. Probably will not do this again with these figures in mind.

So disappointing.
I was so happy to get this loan but now am so frustrated. We took in so many cash and check payments in October, as we operate a ghost tour company and make 80 percent of our sales in October. I tried to make a lump sum payment towards our balance and was told that was not allowed. We could either pay off the entire balance or nothing. So although we hoped to pay off a big chunk of our loan we are going into the dry season having made few payments in our busiest time. I feel like it will take us years to pay off this loan and what was a lifesaver is now a ball and chain. In the meantime, I got nasty emails and text messages from the company with threatening messages about how if we did not respond we would be eligible for legal action. We have worked with our merchant processor for 12 years and given them scores of thousands of dollars, and we feel like we went to a payday loan place and are being shaken down rather than treated as valued customers.

I have been a customer for 7 years with Capify formerly known as Amerimerchant. Through those years I have been very happy with their services. Tech support has been good with the new chip machine I had to aquire for my credit cards. The personnel had been very helpful with my renewals each time. Joseph is very nice to deal with in the New York office. Overall, the company is topnotch.
