Account Suspended -poor customer service
I had a 50k limit on my card with a large balance and had my accountant suspended due to a change in my 'personal ' credit score. Not business!
No warning. No notice. Suspended one week before going abroad. Review was set for 90 days. I phoned them at the time and they didn't care citing company policy. I did explain i was renovating my house so cashflow was tight but the lady said the computer said 'no'.
We are now well past that 90 day review date and still no news. Personal credit score is now good according to Experien. Still no Review forthcoming...we are now in April 2026, I was suspended in October 2025.
And this was just before they increased by APR to 3.5% per month. Over 40% per year.
I have now paid off my balance in full as of today.
It will be interesting to see if I am now reinstated and my suspension lifted!
Best to Avoid this company.
They were good to begin with and started out with a reasonable APR of 9.9% per annum which draws you in to providing quick and easy capital but as soon as start building a large balance they will try and trap you increasing APR.

Easy to apply
Easy to apply, poor interest rate if card isn't cleared in full. Would never have left a 3/5 rating had I not been bombarded with messages asking for a review.
I don't need a million emails to read every time you sneeze.
UPDATE: Thanks for your reply. I work in FS so I'm capable of reading a credit agreement, and if you read my feedback I wasn't really complaining about that, just pointing out that ~40% APR is expensive.
It was more of a grumble about the email bombardment, which you did not acknowledge or address. 3 /5 stars remains unchanged.

Looks Like a Credit Card, Acts Like a Debit Card
Very poor dispute support.
I raised a dispute with clear evidence that a service was not as described, yet Capital on Tap repeatedly pushed me back to the merchant instead of properly assessing the case. The process felt rigid and unhelpful, with little real support.
For something marketed as a credit card, it behaves more like a debit card with rewards. You pay in full each month, but when something goes wrong, you’re largely left to deal with it yourself.
At that point, you might as well just use your bank card.
