They are horrible !!! They do nothing for you that you cant do your self.My problem is they take payment with no notice of your annually is over and its not cheap.And again they do nothing.

Total BS money grab. My son has been out of junior hockey for four years and this site says 2 coaches are interested and 5 have seen him recently. And that with covid preventing him from even playing. This site was dishonest when my sonbolayed and is proven itself even more so now. I am betting it will go under or morph into a new online scam under a new name. Do not trust this site and spend a penny.

I have tried to cancel my subscription and got charged again. My son is out of school. I had to cancel my credit card because I have tried to call to get this cancelled and nobody will answer. This better not show up on my new credit card.

Although I have doubts about any value from this at all, I can't even log in. I just get error messages stating "too many redirects." It doesn't matter whether I'm on my iPhone or PC, it's just a poor platform.

Has anyone ever heard of this being legitimately beneficial to an athlete?

Terrible customer service! Canceled subscription same day as renewal and still got charged. Total ripoff and not worth the $179!

Terrible service. Cancelled it 2 monthes ago and we are still being charged. Keep getting same response that they sent email to that department and waiting on response. Do not do this service.

Signed up two weeks ago and was immediately charged twice. Email response stated refund department was looking into it snd I’d receive response. Shouldn’t take two weeks. I hate auto-pay subscriptions. This is making me more leery of this site

Captain u we cancelled our account in august still are charging us we have contacted them multiple times fraudulent company do not sign up

good website, but very expensive. Their cheapest option is 20 dollars a month which is a bit much for what they provide.

This service is just terrible. There are no college coaches on this service. It's just a way to get people to pay for camp invites. Don't waste your money, especially for baseball. This business needs to shut down.

user friendly platform and obviously a track record of success for coaches because I get a lot of interest from coaches using this platform.

There is a lot of coach activity on this site and it's straightforward to set up a profile.

Great support! This platform makes it easy to connect with college coaches.

I have been using the captainU website for a few months now and I am very impressed. I have been invited to many camps and am on multiple tournament teams. I am currently a freshman and can't wait to see what captainU has to offer in the future.

CaptainU has been very helpful with everything, it has made things easier for me to do.
