The staff are very honest I left over £100 in the caravan and the house keeper returned it to me by my bank account! What a lovely women Danielle! I would definitely staff at that site again loads to do as well! 😊

Lovely experience booked last minute lovely stay

My review refers to a caravan in Lyons Robin Hood park, Rhyl. But equally as much to the unprofessional and apathetic attitude of the caravan rental individual(s) I communicated with.

Avoid like the plague. This particular place is unfit to stay in. I had expected outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. I took off the mattress protectors and would advise nobody sleep in those beds. Filthy, stained mattresses throughout.

We left early and complained directly to the company. Could not have cared less. I eventually got a full refund from Expedia, having pointed out breach of statutory rights and the owner's own written confirmation that they didn't think the issues in the caravan were serious enough to affect my stay.
The choice is entirely the paying customer's.

I don't believe everything should be perfect but my judgement and feedback is based on the apathy and disinterest of the owners who made no effort to resolve. I sent them photos and videos to evidence the state.

It's a vile place. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. But don't take the risk of ruining a holiday and trying to resolve it with people who don't even have the most basic commitment to quality, service or resolution.

Had a lodge very clean very spacious great price fabulous park will be going back

Recently stayed at HV34 at Lyons Robin Hood. The lodge was extremely spacious, clean and had everything we needed all mostly new. The lodge was located in a quiet area of the park and right across the road from the bridge to the beach. Which was great ! Booking was easy and all details were emailed over a couple of days prior regarding how to access the park and emergency on site contact details if they were needed throughout our visit. Deposit returned within two days. Will definitely use caravan rentals again. Great customer service

Caravan rentals are amazing from the get go, been absolutely amazing communication between me and the company from the start and also caravan was amazing the super king bed was a bonus for me being pregnant had the best nights sleep ever ! Would definitely recommend these guys for sure.

Had a really lovely few days at a caravan at a Lyons campsite in Rhyl. The caravan was immaculate and the booking experience was great. The team at caravan-rentals are really helpful and made the whole process very easy. The campsite has loads of facilities and the caravan itself was warm, comfortable and very clean. A great time was had by all!

Just back from a lovely few days away with the grandchildren. The caravan at Robinhood lyons was ideal. Cosy and warm, equipped with all essentials needed. Great site for children. Definately recommend

Last minute weekend away! Lovely caravan! Clean and tidy on arrival, Beds was comfy and bedding was clean, from start to finish it was gorgeous! Thank you for accommodating us last minute we will surely be back soon!

We had a very last-minute caravan booking over New Year and the service was nothing short of excellent. They were incredibly helpful in locating a van for us at such short notice and made sure everything was ready for our arrival – brilliant service. We also mistakenly left an item behind, which was sorted out straight away without any fuss. We will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Caravan has great view of the sea we had a really good time on the site, club was brilliant for children and adults at the evening. communication was good with caravan rentals definitely use them again
