Caravan Rentals Reviews

The caravan was lovely and kid friendly. Will 100% return and use the same caravan. Owners are easy to communicate with and made our holiday easy and amazing.

Just returned from a caravan holiday at Lyons Robin Hood booked with Caravan Rentals. Great experience throughout. The caravan site was lovely and even when the boiler in the caravan didn't work for a short period of time there was maintenance out in no time to fix it after a quick WhatsApp message to the business. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easy to book with, very nice caravan would 100% recommend booking with these can't wait to come back next year 😄

Had a wonderful time and caravan was great, will definitely stay again

We have just returned home from a long weekend at Lyons Robin Hood, booked through the facebook page and i was so happy with the service, fast and polite responses, my 10,000 questions about all different vans were no bother and got all the info needed. Even upon arrival we had to contact due to a site issue and got all the help needed. Even a watsapp message to follow up a little bit later on. 5* communication and the van was beautiful. We will defiantly be returning in the near future. Had everything we could need and more, great location. Highly recommended, thanks again x

Very efficient with reply’s via text and email. We stayed on Robin Hood site the

Great company to hire a caravan from. I felt confident booking with them, especially with all the scammers out there. The caravan was great for our needs, in a great location, and, to top it off, on arrival we were greeted with gifts like a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a thank-you card. Never had that before! Will definitely book with them again.

Absolutely amazing customer service even at 9pm at night when our tv in caravan wouldn’t work they sent someone round to have a look and fixed it for us! Returned my damage bond back to me really quick soon as caravan was checked! From the moment we enquired until the very end they made it all very easy and out holiday ran very smoothly.
We rented a caravan on Lyons Robin Hood through caravan rentals and the caravan was immaculate and smelt unreal even though it was a dog friendly caravan you couldn’t tell that any dogs had stayed there it was spotless!

This was my second time staying at Wink Ups. The caravan was clean, spacious and we had everything we needed.
Would highly recommend Caravan Rentals. The owners ensured we had a great stay.
Can’t wait to book again!

Hi
I recently started using Caravan Rentals to let out our caravan, the service is very smooth and easy from start to finish , They are always on hand to answer any questions, very responsive and quick replying

We have recently bought a caravan and have been working with Caravan Rentals to advertise and get bookings in for when we aren’t using it. We have very busy full time jobs and so it’s great to know there is someone actively marketing the van for us and dealing with bookings. They are friendly, responsive and have been great so far providing advice when needed. We recommend!

We have had a lovely stay at Sweet Retreat.
Professional and helpful from start to finish.
Would highly recommend and will use again to book our next stay

Flexible, understanding and professional from the get go.

Really easy to book and communicate with.

Caravan was spotless and full of lots of home comforts for us to use to make our stay more enjoyable.

Fast deposit return after the checks were complete.

Will definitely use them again when booking a trip away with the kids.
