Once repair had been approved, didn't take long to be done. Had to leave the car at the garage for 4 days before the repair had been approved. Luckily had use of another vehicle otherwise I would have be a bit stuck. Tried booking in at a Volvo dealership but they would not use Car Care plan. The place where I originally bought the car sorted out the repair.

All of the claim work was carried out by the garage who service our vehicle so we had no problems to report .

I can honestly say car care plan has come out trumps. My car required a new engine requiring a large sum and car care plan approved this, all communication was great staff was helpful and ver professional no concerns would use over and over again thank you

My only issue is that the online capture of the repair did not allow for the capture of multiple items.
I had to do repeated follow up to confirm that the car care booking covered all of the captured chips and scratches.

Disappointed that the chip was touched to disguise it rather than repaired completely to make it disappear. This was apparently due to company policy on the type of chip on our door despite the repairer telling us he could actually fully repair it if allowed. Would not recommend.

The key to this is to use a garage that is familiar with the service. Having obtained permission before the work started, it was simple for me with a very fast payment. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money

Did a fantastic job on my three alloy wheels. Looked as new, smith and shiny. The guy who did all the work canta ted me to let me know when he will arrive. He was very sufficient and professional in every aspect of his work. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a wheel alloy makeover.
