Managed to get an appointment that suited me. Young lad called Reece installed front and cameras. He then went through down loading the app and showed me all i needed to know.
Very knowledgeable and pleasant young lad . Second time I've used them ,would definitely recommend 👍🏽

We found Carcomms (Cygnal) on google after our old dashcam stopped working. Ordering a new dashcam was easy and straightforward on their website and they booked us in on our requested date. The fitter came to our house, which was very convenient. He was very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job fitting the camera, hard wiring it to our car. We would 100% recommend this company to our friends.

Great job done at home on the drive - weather wasn't perfect either. This is the second installation I have had done and they provide a great service at a reasonable price. (Front and rear dashcam installed)

Had an immobiliser fitted with Cygnal and cannot fault my experience. Reece completed the install quickly, and taught me all I needed to know about it's operation before I headed out, safer in the knowledge that my car is protected.

I have been a customer of Cygnal Ltd in Houghten le Spring for over 4 years, I recently returned to have a new front & rear dash cam installed. Again the customer service, support and professional installation was fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you want a professional service.

Pre purchased a NEXTBASE front and rear Dashcam and arranged for CYGNAL to install it. Arrived on site at 8am and after discussing the install with Camilla and Steve, Camilla installed the two cameras. Her work was absolutely first class and I was kept informed of her progress. The job took just over the hour and after finishing it, was walked through various aspects of the Dashcam operation. Would certainly use them again.
Oh yes, was offered a coffee as well!

Smooth easy transaction. On the day of installation the technician was on time, welcoming and friendly. The total installation was done in 45mins as predicted and performed to the highest standard with no mess or visible sign of work undertaken. The installer was professional and polite. The price was good. Two other companies said they would not install my dashcam onto my vehicle (Ford Ranger). The cable is well hidden with no damage at all. Email correspondence was prompt even over the holidays. Really can’t recommend these enough.
