Just had a reversing camera fitted by these guys what a brilliant job Just what I wanted they were very helpful also the fitter was so polite and friendly would strongly recommend them thanks for a brilliant job

Requested quote to supply/install reversing camera for CX-5, Must not be worth their while to even reply.

I was about to purchase a reversing camera kit for my Peugeot 308 I checked to see if I'd selected the correct one, which I hadn't! They advised me of the correct one for my vehicle which I then purchased. After fitting the unit and camera the picture was very poor but following further contact with Car Communications, who responded quickly, they told me what I needed to do to correct the problem.
Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
Ordered a DAB antenna, paid £7 postage for 1-2 day delivery. Sent 5 emails chasing and 19 days later it arrived 2nd class post in an envelope. Item did not pick up stations, no response to emails so went through PayPal. Most of the Google reviews are left by friends/associates of owners. Beware, if you purchase anything from them use PayPal so you have a method of recompense.

Good communication & advice. Excellent product - OEM reversing camera for VW Caddy California/ Mk5 Caddy.
Fitting by local expert as certainly not a DIY job.
Cannot fault their service.

LOAD OF CRAP, don't use this company absolute rubbish. I asked them for their so called knowledge to buy a lead to connect my new head unit to my van I was advised to buy a connects2 lead, it was 100% wrong.
when I phoned and asked for a refund I was told they supplied the leads i asked for, I'm a builder how do I know what leads are required to connect a head unit that's why I asked for their advice. eventually got a refund even that wasn't the full amount

don't use them go to car audio direct or car audio centre much better service, knowledge & helpfulness

Rear camera fitted has significant delay in showing view after start up and engaging Company answer to contact =
"Thank you for contacting us, they is no adjustment, the control modules talk to the CAN network" i.e. not usefull!
Not happy after paying VERY high price so should have gone elsewhere.

I purchased a DAB vehicle antenna, which had poor performance. Carcommunications did not reply to my E-mails, when I phoned, they advised they would respond but nothing received. Customer Service non-existent.

Got a quote from this lunatics to fit a new headunit and a dashcam in my Merc. I have all the stuff, including the full set of correct wiring kits for both items.
They too 3 days to manage to quote then came back with £599 Inc vat. Its about 3 hours work!

Don't bother, find a local auto-electrician and pay quarter the price!!!

they didnt seem to be bothered in helping me find a solution to my problem but instead spent time trying to sell me a a unit for just over £700.i went to halfords and they did the job for £90

I had a reversing camera fitted to BMW i3,they called twice to fit this to get this working as it should,and it did work fine.
However my local dealer found that a lot of the wiring was left in a mess and various pieces of equipment was floating around which was causing noises. This was sorted at a cost of £600 SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Helpful, friendly service from the start. Recently had a reversing camera expertly fitted to my new mondeo by Matthew. I was concerned that with the amount of trim that had to be removed that the trim would get damaged but I needn't have worried. Yes, they are quite expensive but it probably paid for itself the next day when Sat Nav took me down a very narrow lane with no passing spots. Had to reverse about 200 yards down a lane barely wide enough for the car. The crystal clear camera image made it easy and probably saved my paintwork. The only downside is the fact the guidelines don't move with the steering wheel. Check before you buy if this an issue for you.

I booked these guys for 2 separate jobs, a DAB radio installation in a BMW and a reversing camera in a Range rover Evoque. On both occasions they turned up exactly when they said they would, fitted the equipment perfectly, explained clearly how it all worked and tidied up before they left. Brilliant service and will only be using them in the future. Many thanks

Great service. Fitter turned up when stated. Covid safe and a really good installation. Really pleased with camera. Would never know it wasn't factory fitted. Local Mercedes Benz dealer said it wasn't possible to retro fit a camera (perhaps they didn't want the business).

Absolutely hopeless - I feel any positive reviews were probably written by themselves.

Firstly what I needed was not shown on their web-site, i emailed them and they then amended their web-site. I paid £190.99 and apart from an auto-email payment reply I never heard a thing. (even though The date for my booked 'installation' was here and passed!)

I phoned to ask where the item was and when it was to be fitted (even though I booked for today) and all I got was some abuse form the aggressive person on the other end of the phone - berating me for not ordering correctly.

I got a lecture about how the wiring works (I could not care less) and about how I should have ordered something else as well from them! (How would I know or care?)

I eventually asked ''Do you wan to come and fit this or not?'' - and the completely ignorant and non-customer oriented person on the phone (who must be the person in charge) blurted out ''We will refund it'' and slammed down the phone.

My advice is to use someone who wants your business - not these clowns.

PS: 30 mins later - they just emailed me with this comment ''We have tried asking you a simple question ..... and you are not being clear''

No wonder Amazon does so well - I ordered the item from elsewhere in any case now.

initial contact and enquiry dealt with in language l could cope with not being technical savvy.
I decided l wanted a reverse camera fitted, original outfit sourced one from China which would not fit camera position, also it was a reverse mirror job.
My objective was a system fitted into my dash screen, but advised this was not possible!
This was ongoing for over 6 months.
However a perusal of the internet came up with Car Communications who dealt with the c class plus, they assured me they could do exactly what l desired, and did so yesterday!
The former source people very good but somewhat slow in responding to emails, in fact never.
So l was suspicious of Car Communications assurances that they could do it along with a promise that if the eventual fitter could not my money would be refunded.
Pleased to report all was factual.
Job DONE and even working!
