CARD.com offers many convenient ways to add your money, including adding cash8 with Green Dot®, Western Union®, and through Direct Deposit from your employer or federal benefits provider. You can transfer funds from external bank account or mobile payment apps like Cash App, Venmo, and Paypal5, use ATMs to withdraw cash1, and shop near your home and even around the world.

1. While In-Network ATMs are available for free, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account. The standard Monthly Maintenance Fee is $9.95 and can be waived with a qualifying deposit. See the Demand Deposit Account Agreement for more details.

3. Faster access to funds is based on a comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds are subject to payer's support of the feature and timing of payer's funding.

4. The optional Savings Account linked to your CARD Premium Bank Account by Pathward is established by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. Interest is calculated on the Daily Balance of the Savings Account and is paid quarterly. The interest rate paid on the entire balance will be 0.0499% with an annual percentage yield (APY) of .05%. The interest rate and APY may change. The APY was accurate as of 08/17/2020. The minimum balance required to open the Savings Account is $10. The minimum daily balance required to obtain the advertised APY is $10. You must receive one (1) payroll or government benefits direct deposit to be eligible to open a Savings Account. Savings Account funds are withdrawn through the Premium Bank Account and transaction fees could reduce the interest earned on the Savings Account.

5. Optional services (such as Venmo, CashApp, Google, Apple, Etc) are not CARD, Pathward or Visa products or services nor does CARD, Pathward or Visa endorse this offer. Third-party fees may apply.

9. Mobile Check Capture is a service provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding at Ingo Money's sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your Account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your Account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for message and data usage. Well let's start with I can't use my account at Walmart! ( Online or scan&go in-store) It's taken way to long to get my physical card in the mail. Also there's places online I can't use my virtual card either!

CARD.com is a digital banking service

CARD.com is a digital banking service, and there is no physical branch or office where customers can visit in person. The company operates entirely online, and the owner/management appears to be based outside my location. As a customer, this makes it very difficult to resolve serious issues when problems arise.

My funds that were received from eBay have been held for months. I have repeatedly contacted Card.com for clarification and resolution. Each time I speak with support, I am told to submit an authorization letter. I have already sent this authorization letter multiple times by email, yet I receive no response or follow-up.

This is now my third email, and I have full email history and documentation showing my attempts to resolve the issue. If necessary, I am prepared to provide this history for legal or regulatory review. It is extremely concerning that a customer’s hard-earned money can be held for such a long period without clear communication, resolution, or access to in-person support.

I am reaching out publicly and formally because I do not know what other steps to take when customer funds are restricted without timely responses or transparent explanations.

Funds Held for Months With No Resolution or Clear Communication

I have had a very frustrating experience with my account. My balance has been held for several months, despite providing the requested information and sending multiple emails from my registered email address.

Communication has been extremely slow and unclear. I submitted explanations and documentation as requested, but I continue to receive either generic responses or no response at all. During this time, my funds have remained unavailable with no clear timeline for resolution.

I understand that reviews and compliance checks are necessary, but holding a customer’s money for months without proper updates or a clear outcome is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience.

I am still waiting for my account to be properly reviewed and for access to my funds to be restored. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and faster resolution for customers in similar situations.

I only have one gripe

I have been a costumer for years and the only complaint I have is that I moved some money twice last week from Cashapp to my CARD.com account and it shows in my transactions history but never went on to my balance. I contacted customer service after 3 business days and still haven't heard back from them. Other than that, I have had a great experience using CARD.com over the years and haven't had any trouble moving money from Cashapp to my account until now.
