They say it takes 24 hours to review your transaction, it actually takes 48 hours, to the hour, at which point they come back and ask for more unnecessary information.

I have (2) transactions pending and after requesting them to be canceled, they are unresponsive. I'm going to wait another 24 hours before I escalate this issue.

UPDATE: They straight up removed my transaction from my history, like it was never made. Thankfully I have screenshots and can reference my digital card transaction history.

The process was smooth and excellent.

This is a great app I was registering and entered my checking account and didn't see the other options for immediate pay. It was a few minutes after 5pm so though the system said I would get it the next business day it was actually 2 days later. It wasn't until I contacted customer service that I considered the time zone difference and the fact it was after hours so already on the next business day. That is one thing that would improve the app is with the profile include time zone time frames to show expected deposits. Other than that in so thankful for the app every thing was easy to fill out and connect to bank. Will definitely use again.

Thought it would be a lot quicker or instant as stated still waiting on my payment once I receive it I'll change my review and rate it higher....

I submitted two Amex gift cards and only got paid for 1 , customer service says payment was sent but I received nothing bad app

They steal your gift card money on your account and close your account without any proper documentation.

Easy to use and fast to receive funds

Will change my review if they fix my account or give me my funds. After I submitted transaction with my gift card I was immediately kicked out of the app and now I’m not able to login or anything. And haven’t received any update. This company is a scam don’t trust all these reviews you see

Prepaid2Cash worked great. It did exactly what I needed it to do. The fee was communicated upfront and they are totally legit. If I ever need to cash out a gift card again I will use this service because they are honest and fair.

This company is a scam. i was scammed out of $500 on my American Express business gift card. I've sent several emails and have not received a response or my funds.

U was a bit leary but I input info required and had my bank account linked and received my money from an American Express gift card the next business day!

Provided all the details for my virtual card and they took my $450 and deactivated my card. Now......I cant get my money. They keep saying its been deposited and it HAS NOT. Scam!!!!!

They are fast and very much appreciated for turning prepaid cards into cash! It has been a one day turnaround for it to be deposited into an account.

Total scam. I trusted the 5 star reviews. Wrong move on my part. Provided details for a $100 debit card. Got an email with a commitment to have funds deposited into my bank by 5pm today. Nothing. Just glad I only lost $100. Stay away from these guys.
