I put an order to buy best buy gift card, it is in processing status for 10 days, I have send multiple email to them with no response. And I have balance of over $400 with them

This was my first time I purchased a gift card from CardBazaar. I was not sure how it works and was not comfortable linking my bank account, however, wanted to give a test. I bought a gift card with 24 hrs validity, used it for online purchases from Lowes, and was amazed to everything went perfect. No problem at all !!

Cardbazaar takes a bit to get comfortable with, but once you learn the system, everything works as you would expect. If something doesn't work, then the customer service team has been quite responsive to fixing any issues... That being said, the issue is usually not reading the guide's and FAQ's. Anytime something went wrong in my experience it was because I didn't understand or read the rules completely.

Tried to place an order the company they recommend for bitcoin holds your account for 14 days- in the meantime I lost $200 as the stocks changed, I changed to ACH to make a card purchase and Card bazaar cancelled the order. then 3 days later I tried to deactivate the account because I no longer had use/wanted to use them and the were trying to withdraw the money from the transaction they had cancelled. SCAM

Sorry you had your bad experience. If you use ACH to pay for gift cards, you have to wait until your ACH clears your bank and then make your purchase. This is used to defer against fraud. You also initiated the transaction from your bank account. Not us. We recommend going back and reading the site and reading all about how it works. It'll be a wonderful experience once you understand how it works.
