Mystery pack failure
I generally use cardbot a lot. However this time I got two mystery packs which were duds and identical (such a shame when you've spent $100), but it's wasn't too bad just was annoyed about it being the same thing twice then being told the $100 mystery pack is better like I have all the money in the world lol ideally I'd love the $500 mystery pack but we aren't as well off as each other.

Antwoord van Card Bot
Hi John,
Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your candidness.
We're sorry to hear your recent experience with our Mystery Packs didn't meet your expectations. As a valued customer, your satisfaction is very important to us. Our $50 Mystery Boxes are designed to be consistent, which is based on feedback we've received previously, especially when purchasing for multiple recipients.
We understand, however, that in cases like yours, buying two can yield similar items, and we can see how that could be disappointing. The intention behind mentioning our higher-priced Mystery Boxes was not to push you towards a more expensive product, but to provide an option for greater variety.
We want to assure you that each Mystery Box, regardless of the cost, is curated to deliver value. In fact, the boxes you received had a total retail value of over $140.
We hope that the super fast dispatch, the authenticity of the products, and the careful packaging made up for part of the experience and we continue to work to improve our service based on customer feedback like yours.
Thanks again for choosing Card Bot, John. We're eager to continue providing you with excellent service, exciting products, and a seamless customer experience. If you have more insights or suggestions, we'd love to hear from you at support@cardbot.com.au.
Kind regards,
Card Bot Support Team

Antwoord van Card Bot
Hi Justice,
We appreciate your feedback and understand your initial concern.
From our understanding based on our private conversation, there might have been some confusion regarding the product purchased. You ordered a deck box, which is an accessory used to store cards and does not come with cards included.
We strive to make product descriptions as clear as possible to prevent such misunderstandings and are constantly working on improving this aspect of our service.
We trust that our private resolution was to your satisfaction and hope this has cleared up any confusion. We value your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Kind regards,
The Card Bot Support Team
