Customer feedback and delivery
Purchase was pretty easy, but i ordered the parcel from abroad and had some further questions via email that the team didn't answer.
They only have one global shipping option. Their global shipping is slow because they use traditional postage services instead of couriers. I don’t know where my parcel will end up or at which post office it will arrive. This adds undue stress on me as the customer. If you purchase locally you should be fine. However, if you can, try and phone for assistance if you have queries. Email correspondence, from my experience, was not effective.

Antwoord van Card Bot
Hi Devon,
Thank you for your review and for choosing Card Bot for your purchase. We're glad to hear that the ordering process was straightforward, and we're pleased to confirm that your parcel arrived well within our estimated delivery window for international shipping.
We apologise if there was any confusion regarding the follow-up questions about the local carrier in South Africa. Due to the nature of international shipping, the local delivery partners may vary and are often beyond our direct control once the parcel has left Australia as we rely on Australia Post, being the national carrier in Australia, for our international postage needs. We understand this can be frustrating and we strive to provide as much information as we have available with the delivery window shown at checkout, as well as our Shipping Policy accessible on every page.
Our goal is to balance reliable delivery with cost-effectiveness for our customers worldwide, and we continuously review our shipping practices to improve where possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding with the international shipping process, and if there's anything further we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,
The Card Bot Team

Never ever had a bad experience with Cardbot. All parcels on time, all products in perfect condition and the “extras” they throw in just top it all off. Whenever a new product is coming out Cardbot is my first point of call.

Outstanding Service and Products!
one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time! My order was packed up and posted pretty much straight away. When it arrived I was wondering why it was so big - everything was double boxed and packed with so much care. You could have dropped a plane on it and it would have been fine! And to top it off they threw in a bunch of extras for free! The mystery box was amazing too, and I would say everything in it is worth double the value of what I paid, if not more! Delighted to find this gem of a place and will be back for more!
