If carlsberg did estate agents ……..it would be Cardigan Bay Properties. Helen is professional, friendly, helpful and HONEST. This company will tell you upfront any potential issues ,to save wasting people’s time and we noticed was also very considerate of vendors as well as purchasers. They seem to really care about finding you the right house not just making a sale. I would unreservedly recommend Cardigan Bay Properties if your selling or buying, an honest, reliable and genuinely caring estate agents ….. a rare commodity these days !

We have found Cardigan Bay Properties and Helen Worrall very helpful in our search for a property in our chosen area. It was trouble free from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done was second to none.
They promoted it in the right places to get us 4 offers exceeding our asking price.
They handled all the prospective buyer's questions promptly, keeping us informed at all times.
They chased up both solicitors to ensure a smooth and timely exchange of contracts.
It's not often one can give a glowing report about a house sale.
