I bought 2 next cards for £190. Money taken out of account . Money left my account and only thing that's showing is that fulfilment failed against transaction. Contacted cards for cash 3 days ago and had no response for the business . Stay away from this scam.

Horrible experience. I have bought 3 Apple gift cards worth over £460 all were already redeemed. When I submitted a refund request, I was asked to provide further photos which I did but then no response. I had to contact them again then got a response asking to wait 3 days. After more than 3 days sent another email no response. Then sent another request, no response. I am still waiting for the refund of my money and they are just ignoring.

Brought 3 £20 Xbox gifts cards every single one of these were used! Reported them as used and was told 24 hours for a response but here I am 24 hours later and nothing!

Honestly Xbox gift cards can be easily checked before being used so there's no excuse for this. I want my gift cards sent asap.

Update: finally heard back and all they want to do is offer me a refund and advised I buy another gift card. Honestly This company is a joke you could have at least as a good will journey offered me £60 the value I was actually after. Especially when you could have just brought a voucher yourself to make this right.

Paid £546.84 for two gift cards – both had ZERO balance. No refund or response.

I purchased two Marks & Spencer gift cards from Cards2Cash on 22 October 2026, paying £546.84 for what should have been £588 in gift card value.

Just two days later, I visited an M&S store to use them. Neither card worked. Store staff checked both cards and confirmed that **both had a £0 balance**.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I raised concerns with Cards2Cash immediately after purchasing the cards. I specifically asked what prevented the original sellers from spending the balances after selling them.

Unfortunately, my concerns appear to have been justified.

Cards2Cash advertises a 14-day balance guarantee. I reported the problem just TWO DAYS after purchase, clearly within that guarantee, and requested a full refund.

I emailed them on 24 October, explained the situation and requested confirmation of a refund by 26 October.

**It is now 27 October. I have received no response to my refund request, no explanation and no refund.**

I am now left having to pursue a payment dispute through my card issuer to recover £546.84.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company to recover hundreds of pounds after being supplied gift cards with no usable balance.

My advice: Think very carefully before purchasing gift cards through Cards2Cash.The small saving is simply not worth the potential financial risk or the hassle of trying to recover your money.

I will update this review if Cards2Cash resolves the matter.

Bought 2 Boohoo vouchers. Tried to use both of them on the same day I bought them and neither of them are valid. What a waste of time. Please refund my money ASAP and consider doing better checks in future as looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence.

I should get paid yesterday and nothing

Taken in by the appearance on Dragons Den. More fool me.
Paid for a £40 Nike voucher, only to find it had just £21 on it.
Now have to wait/appeal for someone to get back to me.
What a scam. If it seems too good to be true, then it usually is

Purchased a £30 apple gift card , code has already been claimed , have submitted proofs that I cannot redeem the card now constantly being told to wait for the problem to be resolved. If the card can’t be redeemed then just refund or substitute cards of a similar value. Not sure if the dragons back this method of doing business

I have bought many cards from cards to cash without any issue however recently I had an issue that I reported to customer services . Although the issue arose after the 14-day guarantee period they looked into the issue and it was resolved in the reasonably timely manner. On discussion with my bank they informed me that they had thousands of customers that use this company and have never had an issue reported. In all my interactions I have found them to be polite and professional and willing to help where possible and on this occasion go beyond their basic normal good service. If you are considering using this company I would they are very good at what they offer. If you do your due diligence which you are doing by reading these reviews read the company terms and conditions fully and you will soon be saving on all your shopping

This company is a scam. do not believe the dragons den BS.
I bought an apple gift card and it was used.
Do not trust them, Believe the reviews. everything is documented and they will be reported to the police

1st time using cards2cash as my normal cardyard site didn't have any gifts cards I needed.

Well I've brought a £50 amazon gift card only for it to already been redeemed by another account. Still waiting to hear back from cards2cash to see if I get my money back. Will be back to update this review on that outcome. 1 STAR

EDIT .. Got a full refund issued back within 24hrs now 4 stars, would of been 5 if I didn't have the issue in the first place

RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS! Therefore rating adjusted.

I signed up after watching on Dragon's Den. I purchased my first gift card - a £1000 IKEA gift card for a purchase I need to make. I then went to view the gift card and this turned out that I had been sent a £25 Primark gift card - completely different. Contacted live chat who was no help what so ever and advised they will look into it and send me the right one within 48 hours.... still waiting but this should not be happening especially with such an high cost order.

I've since purchased 2 low cost Argos gift cards to test it further and give it a second chance and both have been sent instantly and both the correct card / amount.

It may be a genuine mistake however I feel that the customer service need to act quicker and provide a better response / update ASAP with such high cost orders.

I will continue to live chat / email until this is resolved and then may update/change my review to a 4/5* depending on the outcome.

Wanted to use. But when I tried to join know way to put date of birth was to spend ten minutes clicking the date

Really good customer service. I had a problem and Stefani was very responsive and helpful.

The platform is really good.

I do think they should send a notification when the voucher is sold.

Sold 3 gift card now with Cards2Cash and have always found they pay promptly, the website is modern and easy to use.

Never had to contact support, so can't comment on that but I would recommend.

Not good, i come from Germany and i cant verified because only United Kingdom and irleand documents accept and then i cant buy gift cards or sell.

Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam.
I got a gift card to VUE cinemas and it just doesn’t work and the just says the balance is available and they can’t do anything about it.
They just get your money and you are left without any support.
Scam, be careful. I always get my gift cards from cardyard and the 2 times I had issues they solve the problem straight away.
