Prompt efficient charming couldn’t get better

Excellent service in installing a rental stairlift in the property. Clean and tidy job, good prices, would highly recommend.

The experience from start to finish was 5 star. There was no pressure from the really helpful young man who came to explain the types available he was very knowledgeable indeed. It was fitted very quickly after we made our decision. We are very happy with the stairlift we chose and the two people that came to fit it were very kind and explained in great detail how to use it. I cannot give them enough credit for the brilliant service.

Came next day. Kameron is a lovely chap. Took a lot of trouble to make sure I understood asI am hard of hearing. He fixed the problem quickly and lift is working fine.

The two guys who put it in were lovely, worked unbelievably quickly and cleared up brilliantly.
The stairlift is hardly noticeable and does not impede other movement on the staircase. It is also very easy to control.

Excellent service as usual ! My stairlift stopped working so a quick call to Lesley in the local admin office, there was fortunately an engineer there who soon diagnosed the problem. Lesley said I’d see him in 2 hours , it was under 1 ! Quickly fixed , chair seat apparatus out of system sync with stair rod . As I was due for a service he did that as well ! Their staff are always friendly polite and kind and most efficient and because they are local it makes life so much easier to arrange things. It helps that you can talk to someone rather than a computer ! I would not hesitate to recommend them

From our first call with Liam then to Hannah.Then from the two engineers who came to fit the chair lift who were professional, courteous and understanding. They went beyond our expectations to make sure we understood everything. They tidied up and were brilliant. We are delighted and would highly recommend them.

We have always had an excellent experience with Carelift Services. They are always prompt to respond if there is a major issue and the technicians we have met (Liam and Cameron) are unfailingly knowledgeable, kind and courteous - as indeed is Lesley in the office. Highly recommended if they cover your area.

Liam provided constant help feedback during the purchasing phase and Chris, the installer, was polite and did a splendid job of installing the chair lift in my mothers home.

Very helpful and quick service. Thorough checking and attention to my Stannah 600 stairlift, part was found needed and obtained and fitted very promptly. Costs very reasonable. Can thoroughly recommend.

My parents through floor lift was serviced by CareLift. 1st class service from the team. We have now had the lift removed because Mum & Dad have now both passed away. Carelift worked non stop in removing the lift and making good the ceiling.

Carelift services are absolutely amazing. They have managed to come up with solutions to enable us to have the hoist systems we needed plus provide the most professional follow up and prompt support for any problems. We would highly recommend.

Had an issue with banister after the stairlift had been fitted, rang up, promptly came out and at the same time removed the seat which is not required at the moment, very happy with the service and how the job was carried, cannot thank them enough

Wonderful service from carelift services. They bought back my stairlift when I no longer needed it. They are kind, thoughtful and turned up when they said they would. I would recommend them absolutely. The best thing is they are a local company.
