I am so pleased and appreciative of all the guidance and help I have received and am still receiving. George Alber answers all my questions within a few minutes of receiving my text/phone call. He, and CarePatrol, are making the process of moving my mother into assisted living less stressful. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in my situation.

Angela at Care Patrol is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with to help a client. I needed affordable housing that included 24/7 care for a client that has run out of money but was not eligible for Medicaid. Angela was communicating with me multiple times a day from day one. Even communicating with the family and meeting them for tours. She was able to find the perfect home for our client in record time! I could not say enough good things about Angela and this company. They worked a miracle, I couldn't have done this without them! Thank you a million times.

We had just started working with Melanie Lockerby to help us find an assisted living facility for my mother in law. Things changed very rapidly and we needed to get her somewhere safe within a very few days. We had only toured one facility at the time but it turned out that that one was the best for our situation. Care patrol was a huge help! I was having trouble finding affordable placement for my grandfather. Finally, a case manager from my grandfather’s doctors office reached out to me, and put me in contact with Laura Thibodeaux from Care patrol. Within the first two weeks we found and secured a home for my granddad. Laura was amazing, very friendly, paid attention to detail and very efficient. Laura was sure not to go over our budget and listened to our concerns. She also toured facilities with us which was very helpful. I am very thankful for Laura and the services that care patrol has offered. Thank you! My grandfather is very happy in his new home.

Todd made what could have been a stressful experience absolutely wonderful! We are so thankful for his knowledge, his organization, and his genuine care for our grandmother’s welfare.

Todd was fantastic. He listened to what we needed. He set up the appointments and took us to appropriate places. He knew about promotions that facilities were offering, and he went above and beyond, telling us how to apply to a VA program that is giving us $1317. a month! Money we never knew we could get.

I cannot begin to imagine where I/we would be without Jane and Carol. Oh what a blessing they are! Truly astoundingly exceptionally rare and precious!

Worth Her Weight in Gold

Teresa, of Care Patrol Spokane, is worth her weight in gold! She worked diligently and patiently to place my client, a 103 year old woman, into an Adult Family Home. She found the perfect place for Margaret and now Margaret could not be happier. The day after Margaret was placed there, Teresa went to the home to check on her, then she called to give me an update.
Teresa took Margaret's needs and financial resources into consideration and found the best possible option for her.
i believe that Teresa takes each client and family into her heart when she does her work. I could not be happier. Thank you Teresa.

My mom has been in the hospital a month from a stroke. Due to covid its taken a long time to find a facility that would take her. I am beyond thankful for Deb Stroll many phone calls to me & facilities ,visiting my mom and working extra hard to get me connected with the right place. She's the kind of person you want helping you. She's been heaven sent to me for this time! Thank you so much for all your work and concern for my mom. I am forever thankful!!!

Kerry Nelson was a life saver. He patiently and tirelessly helped us through finding a place for my aunt and uncle to live. We had a difficult situation with very specific requirements and the need to move as quickly as possible. Kerry was extremely understanding of our needs and preferences. He was able to give us concrete information in a timely manner. He was available to us at all hours and found the perfect balance between supporting us and giving us space to figure out what was going to work. He showed great compassion for my aunt and uncle going through a big life transition into a new and different living space in their older years. I can't imagine going through this process without his knowledge and kindness. My aunt and uncle are in a place that is a great fit for them now.

In early January of 2022 we engaged Mr. Anthony Black as our agent in search for a suitable assisted living service for our mother. After a brief interview about our needs and our mother's conditions Mr. Black, within a couple of days, arranged for three visits. They all fit our needs perfectly. In a few days while we were deciding Mr. Black arranged for three additional visits. Within a week we decided on the very first location that Mr. Black had recommended as he had anticipated.

Our mother has now happily been in that location for over two weeks. The place is above and beyond our expectations. It's run very professionally by a team of kind, caring, and supportive individuals.

Our case was somewhat difficult. Our mother is 98 years old, blind, and non-English speaker. Mr. Black's patient, efficient, and very professional role in finding such an excellent fit, cannot be exaggerated. Without him we absolutely wouldn't had a change of finding such a perfect fit.

My friend was being released from a 3-week hospital stay and was going into hospice care. I quickly needed to find a place where he could receive ongoing directed medical care as there was no option for a hospice-run residential facility.

The hospital case manager provided a list of placement agencies. Having had zero experience with this service, I called based on proximity. The first agent I spoke to (from a different agency) was very pushy with a hard sales pitch; she reminded me of dealing with a used car salesperson. She gave me the address of one group healthcare home to visit, but didn’t meet me there, so when I arrived, they had no idea I was coming. I felt like all she cared about was getting paid for the placement whether or not it was a good fit for the patient.

I then called Anthony Black with CarePatrol of Mesa, AZ. Anthony was responsive and knowledgeable, and helped guide me through the placement process. He offered several options and took me to visit a couple of different locations. I chose a facility very close to my home which allowed me to visit often and spend time with my friend in what were expected to be his last days. I highly recommend Anthony Black and CarePatrol.

There’s a miraculous and very happy ending to this story. Defying the opinions and diagnoses of all medical staff, my friend recovered, was dismissed from hospice care and was released to go home.

Best decision my husband and I made was to contact Care Patrol. Care Patrol came highly recommended to us by a co-worker. Lisa and Todd were great. It only took them a week to find the perfect assisted living facility to take care of my parents special needs. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to find the perfect place for their loved ones.
