Lori was my saving grace when it came to helping me find a place for my father. It is not easy to choose a place for your loved one when you live in another State. Compassionate Loving and highly professional is how I describe Lori. She truly went over and above for me and my family and my dad, she even sent me selfies of her and my father together.

My parents were looking at various Assisted Living (AL) facilities on their own for the past 3 years. Recently my 91-year old father was in and out of hospital/rehab facilities. Then my 79-year old mother suffered an unexpected stroke, and was no longer able to care for my father, who needed to be transferred to an AL facility. I reached out to CarePatrol, not knowing my parents had done the same three years earlier. The Senior Placement Advisor (SPA) remembered their names. She was able to provide a list of options, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, stepped in and resolved a transfer timing issue that would have cost my parents several thousand dollars otherwise. I would not have been able to resolve the issue on my own, but the SPA's experience and connections did resolve the issue. My mother and I will continue to work with CarePatrol to address her needs going forward.

I worked with Melanie to find a place in Assisted Living for my father. Our conversations were over a couple of months and Melanie helped with a difficult situation.

For several years, my sibling and I had been tag teaming the care for our parents who lived in their own home (over 40 years), but with loss of senses, failing memory and declining physical health, it really was taking a toll on us. We love them so dearly and had a difficult time wrapping our heads around placing them in any sort of assisted living/senior community. We tried in-home care and service through a different senior placement company, but not until I met Todd Seidl of Carepatrol did I finally gain knowledge and peace so we could thoughtfully make the right decisions. Todd provided easy to process information with a few assisted living communities that were suited for my parents' needs. When an accident took place, we were able to kick everything into high gear, get Mom into rehab and Dad into assisted living and now Mom will be joining Dad soon. Beginning with my initial phone call with Michelle, Todd and Carepatrol took excellent care of my family that went (and continues) to go above and beyond. I consider Todd family and urge anyone in the difficult position of trying to determine how to move forward with aging loved ones to please call Carepatrol. Everyone deserves the knowledge, kindess and thorough follow through that Todd and Carepatrol will provide.

This is a great tool for those looking for senior living opportunities. The representatives we worked with were prompt, caring and helped us review many potential facilities for our folks. It was a time consuming process for us, and we worked with 2 different ladies covering a few cities, until we knew where they would best be located.
One area I struggled with was getting understanding on true costs at the facilities. Many have care levels that have different costs . You need to factor this in when making a final decision. Make sure you know the unique facility charges.
If you are facing the daunting task of relocating your senior loved one, give them a call. They are very helpful.

I worked with Marta who was incredibly flexible with me since I had to reschedule several times. She asked a series of qualifying questions and was able to show me two options that we were both a very good fit for my mother.

Jenny was a tremendous help in finding an assisted living facility for my 93 year old mother. We toured many places - which she set the visits up - and it really helped to view each one of them and get a feel for the place. She has much insite into the Holland area facilities. It would have been very hard to discern on my own which one to go with. Jenny had great advice and is always there when needed!
