Not returnable
Warning most items are not returnable. One order was delivered right away another one took a week. I picked them because of the promised delivery date, but they didn't live up to it.

Improperly charged multiple times
Well, I thought they were great for a while, although expensive. But it wasn’t until I looked at my old invoices while filing for my tax paperwork, that I realized I had been charged tax over and over and over again on products that should’ve never been charged sales tax. I did reach out to them and they did refund it, but I really wonder how much tax they collected from people that should’ve never been paying taxes.
I had two accounts with them, and of course, they only refunded the tax on the one that I reached out about. so that means that this company has improperly collected tax money they were not required to collect and I would bet anything ,they certainly didn’t pay that tax money forward to the state.
After I reached out to them, that should’ve triggered some kind of intern overview of everybody that paid taxes that shouldn’t have and yet, they only pay back the account. I caught them doing it on.
I did reach out to the Florida atty general and the tax commission in Florida

Duocal and false advertising
This company advertises their product, Duocal, as " high calorie" with 492 calories PER SERVING. What they don't tell you that a serving of 100 grams is the whole entire can and the can is $40. Each scoop has only 25 calories so this is NOT a high calorie supplement! This is false advertising and misleading! I will NOT buy from them again!

Horrible do not use they take money out…
Horrible do not use they take money out of YOUR bank without authorization! They took $65 from us when my husband wasn’t working. We tried one order then they kept raising pricing we canceled in June then July 28 they took money out of our account. Do not use them. We told them we did not order from them they needed to refund us they argued said when you get the product you can send it back. There was no tracking it had not been shipped.

Great Quality and Wonderful Customer Service
I've been using Carewell.com now for over a year and highly recommend it for all your caregiver needs. The website is very user friendly for updating your autoship as needed to add or delete items. And their customer service is the best I've encountered. Easy to call in and quick to make things right. I take care of my elderly father and he drinks the 10g boost shakes 24 pk. I have been buying these for years. Well I was excited to find them at carewell and be able to put it on reoccurring delivery and payment at a reduce cost. However my bank alerted me and stopped payment because the cost went from $50 to $110, no notifications. When I asked if this was an error and can I get a credit two different people told me NO and that their rates vary! Who has ever paid $100 for boost shakes? Anyone? If you do a one time purchase with them it works great. If you try to do any of their saver programs you will get taken like I did! absolutely horrible thing to do to people on fixed incomes. shameful business practice.
