Carewell has been hacked and their customer service department is not helpful at all. They won't allow me to get back into my account. I've emailed customer service repeatedly and keep getting ridiculous answers.

We ordered a sample packet for men. We were told the order usually leaves the company within 24 hours of order. We placed an order last week and still do not see it? We had hoped to have them for the holiday. Did not.I guess if it’s not a big order, it’s not important.

Carewell seems to have a variety of brands to choose from, reasonable prices and fast delivery. Their advice and recommendations have been a help to me as a caregiver of my 94 yr old mother with Lewy Body Dementia.

Great Customer Service
We received our monthly autoship supplies from Carewell. The day after we received them, the person using them passed away. I contacted Carewell customer service about returning the items and they were very kind, sympathetic and helpful.

Carewell saves My day!
I can get what I need from several different places, but Carewell has very good pricing and their shipping is the best! I tend to wait til the last minute to order, due to a lack of funds, but Carewell has always come through for me with their shipping!

Reliable, accurate , timely!
Recently I ordered a new, different product. When it arrived I found that it wasn't what I thought it was or needed. It was NOT the fault of Carewell! I made a casual comment in a review on their follow-up.Unexpectedly, I received a call from the company wanting to make it right. The rep on the phone was very helpful, knowledgable and professional.
While on the phone he arranged for a refund and emailed the information needed to complete the refund and instructions re: returning the products not wanted.
Great, professional and honest response to my problem!
