We let our policy auto renew by accident and when we realised and emailed they had cancelled and processed a refund immediately at our request.
Fast and efficient and we will definitely take policies again with them in the future when hiring rental cars

We do currently have a 5 day turnaround for administration queries, but we are working as quickly as we can.
