Simple and straightforward
I purchased my new car today through car loans 365 and I couldnt be happier. My representative Ming was very helpful and attentive, he made the whole process from start to finish simple and straightforward. He was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions and took his time to ensure I was happy and understood everything. He helped me search for cars and contacted the dealership on my behalf to arrange a viewing and collection. He ensured I was happy with the finance price and was affordable, I never felt pushed or hurried throughout the whole process, he gave me time to think and there was no hard sell at all. I came away today with a fantastic car that was completely as described and more, Ming processed the finances to the dealership quickly and efficiently as soon as I assured him that I was happy with everything. I can't fault car loans 365 and would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

A great company who actually listen.
A great company who actually listen to you what want and don’t pressure you into buying anything you don’t want.
Zuhaib in particular was exceptional. Going out of his way to help and assist me, whilst also being patient while I sorted some administration out on my end.
The aftercare team were also great.
Everything was explained in detail throughout and at no point was I left feeling confused. Highly recommended!

Have a complaint in with carloans365 it took a while before Lee took the case on, when he did it was like a breath of fresh air very thorough in handling the claim with constant communication throughout, unfortunately it hasn't been resolved yet through no fault of his own but 10/10 for effort. He was absolutely brilliant, professional, patient, friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle, always keeping me updated and making sure I felt supported every step of the way.
I must admit, I was quite fussy when it came to choosing my new car! There were several vehicles I wasn’t happy with, but Mike and the team never once made me feel like I was being difficult. If it was not for Lee this review would have been 0/5 the other team member I dealt with did not show compassion or accountability. Lee was excellent and shown real leadership and customer service skills . I would suggest do not take out a separate warranty has even there gold does not cover initial vehicle diagnosis honestly save your money and if you do get an issue ask for Lee

Poor communication and service.
Got everything approved after a lengthy process, then did not get any replies or responses. only after I called them, i was told it was stopped at payout stage. Very poor and sloopy service. Now in a very unfortunate position as i returned my other car. Would not recommend.

Straightforward and helpful
