2nd time using Carmoola
2nd time using Carmoola - The application process through the App is very simple and straightforward.
When paying for the vehicle the garage wouldn't accept the debit card payment from the App - but Carmoola agents had the money to the garage within 15 minutes by using bank transfer at 4.40pm on a Saturday afternoon.
Can't fault the service and would always recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Carmoola. Their communication with customers was excellent, and they were always quick to respond. I genuinely feel blessed to have received such amazing service.
I arranged my own finance, but Carmoola were still incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Their service has been absolutely amazing and deserves 5+ stars.
Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with Car Planet. I was disappointed by the service and the way I was treated, and I would personally advise people to do their research carefully before buying a car from them.

This is one of the worst car buying…
This is one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. The customer service was awful. They would not help me when I had a technical issue with a car after 2 weeks. They wouldn’t even accept a fault report from Nissan. You are not supported at all. Do not use this company!! It has taken 4 months to sort it out with the car dealership one of there trusted dealers never again!!
