Great customer experience- 10/10! Very swift and clear communication. Didn’t ask for any paperwork, salary evidence, driving license details etc until I was entirely happy with the quote and all of the associated loan documentation. Easy engagement via the app and text messages. Felt like a personalised user experience and Jack was brilliantly efficient- sorting out my refinancing and sending funds within an hour of me signing my agreement.

What a fantastic and stress free way of purchasing a car. I really like that before you even choose a car, you have a pre approved budget, then a carmoola payment option appears in your Apple Pay to make a simple payment at the car dealership. I would highly recommend.

Instant Finance
After being declined by Admiral after already being accepted Carmoola gave me the same APR and a decision in a couple of minutes so I didn't lose out on my car. I would always look at them first now for finance. A virtual card to make instant payment and not waiting for them to make the payment to the dealer before picking up your new car is the best way
