The app is easy to use and intuitive. I particularly liked that you can search of all different types of vehicles without offering any cost. The team were always there to help and guide you through the process. The whole thing was a breeze. At the dealer, once you have test driven and looked over the vehicle, the buying process is straight forward. Highly recommend.

Excellent service - highly recommend
Can’t believe how easy this was to sort. Competitive rates, nice app to follow progress make overpayments etc. Slight issue with a merchant ID on payment but Kev was amazing in sorting and stayed on the phone to make sure all went through okay. Highly recommend this company

Superb couldn’t get finance for a while…
Superb couldn’t get finance for a while even with these but they told me to keep try so I did slowly improving my credit and now I have finance for a car I would of only dreamed of having just a few months ago would recommend to anyone

First ever finance
Honestly for the first time ever I managed to do a finance on a car and couldn’t have been easier. Really appreciate how the app is set up and obviously you can do the whole process without human interaction although it is possible to if you need. Thanks for helping me get a car for our family.

Amazing experience
First of all, i just want to put it out there that there is no trouble with getting a quote and car finance with these guys at all. They get straight to the point and have you approved within 30 minutes, I couldn’t believe it. Within 3 days, i had found the vehicle i wanted and it was all paid out for!
If you’re going with car finance i would definitely recommend Carmoola, no one does it better. Great customer service.

Facilitating Dealer Fraud & Breaching FCA Guidelines
I financed a vehicle through Carmoola that turned out to be illegally clocked (proven by official manufacturer records), mis-sold with only 3 months MOT despite a written promise of 12 months, and supplied with an active engine management fault.
Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, Carmoola is jointly and severally liable for the supplier's misrepresentation. I provided Carmoola with undeniable, documented proof of this criminal odometer fraud back on July 18th and officially rejected the vehicle.
Instead of stepping in to protect their customer, Carmoola has completely washed their hands of it. They ignored their statutory 8-week complaint deadline (which expired August 31st). Worse, they explicitly stated in writing that they will not pause my payments during the investigation, which is a direct breach of the FCA’s Consumer Credit Sourcebook (CONC 7.14). They are perfectly happy to continue taking my monthly payments for a fraudulently sold car while passing the buck to the broker.
An absolute failure of the FCA's 'Treating Customers Fairly' mandate. I will be submitting my case file to the Financial Ombudsman Service today.
