I needed to find a new car as I have…
I needed to find a new car as I have been spending so much on repairs over the past year. I checked through Clear score and Carmoola came out with the best offer.
It is an extremely easy process especially with the app, easy to upload the documents once I had chosen my new car. It is also great to have the WhatsApp support, Mia was especially helpful with her support and guidance throughout the process. 10/10 for excellent customer service. A great experience all round.

I had a few initial issues with the app, but an agent named Kayleigh called me and was brilliant. Huge shoutout to her for being so friendly, patient, and kind while explaining everything over the phone. After dealing with frustrating issues with another lender, speaking to a real human was a breath of fresh air. She helped get my HP finance sorted so I could buy my car. Top-notch service, straightforward app, and a great company overall. Highly recommended!

Carmoola - fast and effortless
Carmoola made buying a new car very easy. I was preapproved after checking on my credit score app and after a few clicks and linking my bank account I was ready to go. When I found the right car I went for a test drive and signed the forms in the garage, I signed the Carmoola forms on the app that night and uploaded the dealers invoice, they paid out the next morning before I even woke up! I would recommend to everyone and will use them when it’s time to change cars in a few years.

Honestly I am very impressed with Carmoola, I had a very good experience with them to buy my car. Totally without bureaucracy. Everything was through the app; I was approved, and I chose my car with the dealership connected to their app (All around the UK), I just had to phone the dealership to arrange to collect the vehicle. I am very happy with my car now, and thanks for the easy process Carmoola offered.

i bought a new car early in july bmw x5
i had it serviced 2 weeks later and the bmw garage advised me in many issues with the vehicle . carmoola arranged an independent examination which also confirmed these problems were there when the car was sold . carmoola advised to send it back to the dealer (a6 motors)which was ignoring me and being abusive to me when i made them aware of the issues , they have had the car now for nearly 2 weeks and carmoola and the dealer are ignoring me when im asking for an update , i’ve now been left to pay for a 7 seater hire car and in total im about 5 thousand out of pocket ,
i thought this company was good . i’m having an awful time ,
