Above and beyond! Amazing...
Have used Carmoola countless times over a number of years and they've always been fantastic. The customer service is second to none, genuine and nothing ever feels too much for them! Always get the best rate with them, they smashed it this time by over 5%!! Sorted within a matter of days, even the dealership commented at how quick and easy it was. I've just bought my car using Carmoola finance and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
The app made it easy to see what I could afford, browse cars within my budget and request the payment when I was ready. Everything was clear, with no hidden surprises.
A special mention has to go to Kayleigh, who handled the final stage of my purchase. Because of the distance, I couldn't view the car in person, and all my checks were done by video with the dealership.
When Carmoola asked for a photo of me with the car, I explained my situation and Kayleigh was really understanding. She accepted the video instead and simply asked me to get a copy of the V5C from the dealer. She was friendly, responded quickly and made what could have been a stressful step completely straightforward.
Once I sent the V5C over, she checked everything and the payment was released to the dealership within minutes.
It's rare to deal with a finance company that feels this personal and this fast. Thank you Kayleigh and the Carmoola team, I'd recommend you to anyone looking for car finance.
