"Absolutely shocking service from Carmoola. Logged a formal statutory vehicle rejection on 01 October because the car is unsafe and completely unroadworthy (failed turbo, broken clutch, and a £1,490 power steering failure). Carmoola customer service tried to illegally pass the buck to the broker, and their complaints team has completely ignored multiple emails since. Now they are about to take another monthly payment on the 14th for a car that has been broken down in a compound for weeks. Utter breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Agreement number: [CA 5970]. Response required immediately."

I have 15 years experience in selling cars at main dealership and I was very reluctant in deciding whether Carmoola finance was the right choice at first, just simply due to the fact I’ve always gone through main stream lenders. However, I thought why not just apply and see what happens.
Good job I did! 👍 I had a very competitive rate at just 10.1% APR - Less of a rate than the majority of main stream lenders today (personal financial circumstances apply to your rate)
Carmoola customer service has been excellent! 👌 I must say. Always there to help and answer any questions, quick to respond and have your best interest and security before making your final purchase.
I found the Carmoola app and the whole process seem less, easy to navigate and to search for a car using their “search for a car tool” including a free HPI Check on the vehicle of interest (However, please be careful when you see their “trusted dealers” not all dealers/independent garages are trusted - Please do your own research on the dealer/Garage your purchasing the car from first, I.E check the likes of Autotrader for customer reviews etc.
I’d like to add that Carmoola offer a Carmoola Plus - Warranty Package, which they work alongside with “Warrantywise” one of the top warranty companies to date, for a very good price to what you would pay if you went through them directly. Plus AA breakdown cover included!
All in all, would I come back and use them again? YES, absolutely! 🙂🚘🙋♂️

Unacceptable inconvenience
Brought a car from a garage recommended by carmoola. Under the warranty the car became undriveable. I had a independent inspection at my own expense that proved the car had 24 fault. Informed carmoola but they wanted their own inspection. It took 3 week for inspector to come out. The inspector advised me not to drive the car because it was unsafe and he could not finish the inspection because of this. This was 2 week ago carmoola said they are waiting for report and now they don't understand the report. This as been going on for 7 week. I am paying for a car that is undriveable, no courtesy car offered by garage or carmoola. I am now left with the possibility of loosing my job because I need the car for work. Plus the stress and financial strain.

I honestly can’t praise Carmoola enough. From the very beginning, the whole experience has been absolutely first class.
Buying a car can be stressful, particularly when you’re trying to sort out the finance alongside everything else, but Carmoola has made the entire process incredibly simple, straightforward and, dare I say it, actually enjoyable!
Everything has been clear and easy to understand, the app is brilliant, and whenever I’ve needed help or had a question, the level of customer service has been exceptional. You genuinely feel like you’re dealing with people who want to help, rather than just another finance company.
Communication has been quick, friendly and reassuring throughout, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. That level of service makes such a difference when you’re making a significant purchase like a car.
I’m still going through the final stages of buying my car, but based on my experience with Carmoola so far, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use them.

Extremely easy process with Carmoola The ai on the WhatsApp chat is fantastic also! Would recommend to anyone! Has tonnes of cars and if you find something else you like on auto trader that isn’t on Carmoola they will also consider it! But beware I did come across a couple of dodgy dealers with many bad reviews but they removed them! Goes to show the amount of trust you get with Carmoola.
