Caroola are doing a great job for us. We have a dedicated account Awwar Khonat who is great, really quick to respond, ensure that I understand what I need to do, is really timely so avoids the last minute stress of various tax deadlines. The book keeping software is really easy to use on both the PC and app and can easily keep accounts up to date.

Been using Caroola for years (Formally Clearsky Accounting) for 14 years as a small SME Engineering Consultancy. Had numerous accountants currently Tim O'Riordan who I cant fault and is worthy of 5 stars.

If I can offer constructive feedback is that I would like my accountancy firm to be more proactive in offering tax advice and ways to optimise, which is critical since I am not an expert.

I've been working with Caroola since I started my business 2 years ago. In November 2025 Tegan Wilson was introduced as our dedicated Accountant and she is brilliant. She is always on hand to keep my records on track and always responds quickly to emails helping answer my questions and resolving my confusion. The app is great but I'm not always good at the bookkeeping, which is another area Tegan has been fantastic. Understanding what I meant to do and helping correct and update records. She has been chasing and resolving any HMRC queries and providing input regarding VAT and expense queries. Since signing up with Caroola I've felt so much more comfortable about whats going on in the background so I've been able to concentrate on the day job. Liam is always on hand to provide advice or answer random questions I think of and he always takes his time to make sure I'm following along, and that I'm comfortable with the information he's given me.
Prior to joining Caroola I was having conversations with another firm who were just not responsive or helpful. All I could think is 'if this is what they're like whilst they're trying to get me to join them, imagine what it might be like once they've already got my money' - I've not had any of that issue with Caroola and appreciate Liam being on hand if I have questions.

Adam Rae has been managing my end to end accountancy services including self assessments, limited company accounting for more than 4 years in a row. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly always takes the time to explain things clearly.
