Everything went quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

1st time using this service and I highly recommend.
Easy booking, clear instructions and dealt with a polite and professional gentleman.
No waiting around, vehicle arrived in minutes of calling the gentleman when it was ready to go and to be returned.
Quality service and professional.
I will definitely be using this service again.

The driver was helpful and considerate. Smooth process

We were dubious at first but it was great. We were a bit late arriving but had a phone call to check we were on our way!
Not far from the shuttle to the airport. Our car was waiting for us on our return.
Highly recommend

Always a great and efficient service from these guys. With convenience being so close to the mono rail for quickness in and out the airport.

Easy process from start to finish. Easy communication.
The Professional was a very reliable & helpful.
Great service!

The friendliness, the flexibility, the service , everything . I now put bhm as a first choice airport because its easy to get to and the parking is so easy and great value . The professional is so helpful! Couldn’t be anymore accomodating . Highly recommend.

Superb service from the initial contact when approaching the airport right through to collecting the car on return.

Friendly and prompt driver "The Professional" - definitely recommend.

Extremely good service, really friendly chap who had a bit of banter on him as well. No waiting around, car was ready when arrived back. My driver was known as ‘The Professional’ and he lived up to his name!! Highly recommend him

Excellent service from booking to collecting car. We had to change our booking due to an event being cancelled and that was no trouble at all. Easy drop off and even easier collection. Was very happy and will certainly use again.

The team were lovely they were friendly and very helpful. Our van was given back to us promptly and would definetly use this company again the price for parking is very reasonable

Really efficient prompt and helpful service. Will use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this friendly team. Thank you.

Really friendly and helpful, would use again

All very seamless. Car was waiting on our arrival. Staff friendly.

on drop off at Birmingham airport, even though we rang them coming onto the round about outside of the airport...so plenty of notice, they still kept us waiting 40 minutes to drop off our car, thankfully only 15mins on the return journey, but still it was pouring with rain so we luckily stayed in the airport.

Very good experience

Highly recommend using Meet and Greet

I’ve had a great experience using meet and greet! The changeover went so smoothly, there was no waiting around upon arrival and when leaving. The staff were so kind and professional. It made my holiday much more easier knowing my car was safe and minutes away from Birmingham airport. My flight was delayed for 7 hours and they didn't charge any fee. The car was ready for pick up every time. I will definitely be using this service again.
Thank you.
