We would not recommend Carpe Diem Beds. Their customer service is very poor. Not what you expect from a company that prides itself as a premium brand. We were not expecting to have any problems but the mattress is to firm for us. We would have purchased a medium tension and was advised to order a firm mattress. So we went with the advise. Now we want it changed they do not want to help. Make sure you go with the tension you want and not what they think you should. However I would suggest buying from a more reputable company other than these people. They look and sound good but be warned. It's been a costly exercise. We didn't check the terms and condition that Carpe Diem keep now quoting us. We didn't believe we would be in this situation. Their customer service is rubbish.

we met Aoife while visiting Heals and she made the process of buying the bed very easy, we're very pleased with it.

We are so happy with our mattress. Aoife at the Heals concession was super helpful making sure we got the best fit. The delivery service was excellent also.

When you're spending £10,000 you want and expect excellence. Thanks to their London Wigmore St shop and the help of Carpe Diem's staff member, Aoife Costello, that's what we got!
We sampled beds in their showroom, made choices and placed the order in July, for delivery when our house's renovation was completed in October. All went exactly to plan.
We've now been sleeping on our Carpe Diem beds for three months and they're great! With the topper and silk fitted overlay sheet it's so easy to make the bed and on the sandwich of base, mattress and topper we seem to be held, thus not move as much - feeling cradled.
