Carpet Tiles Next Day Reviews

On time quality products and a good price

As a repeat customer I appreciate their level of service from ordering through to delivery.

Great customer service, brilliant carpet tiles at an excellent price, great for my wheelchair

Tiles are great quality, held off writing a revue for twelve months to see how they coped with our office traffic. Glad to say they are still looking like the day we laid them.

Competitively priced products and fast shipping too!

Excellent helpful communication. Fast delivery of samples and excellent service and quality of product

I only required a small quantity of tiles to do a landing area at home. My first attempt at buying didn’t work as the payment screen on Worldpay froze just as I was authorising the payment. I was a bit disappointed as this company has a good selection of the higher quality tiles that I needed. Fortunately I had a call from the company who had noticed my incomplete order and wondered if I needed any help. The person I spoke to was either the owner or manager of the business and couldn’t have been more helpful. The carpet tiles were despatched within one working day and delivered by FedEx the day after. I am really pleased with the quality of the tiles and the level of customer service.

Fantastic customer care Service by phone and very speedy delivery, altogether faultless with excellent carpet tiles 100% recommend

All on time. No problem

Bought carpet tiles and they were top quality. I bought some cheaper ones from a different company and they were very poor but thought I would try a different company and I am so glad I did, the quality is excellent

Very helpful and the samples arrived quickly.
Once ordered tiles arrived promptly, would use again.
Many thanks. Kaz.

Very good service

Excellent easy to use and informative Website.
Efficient ordering system with prompt delivery
Customer sevice and back up is extremely good

Fast delivery great tiles that look really good when laid.

Very cheap and good tiles. However the returns policy is a bunch of rubbish.

I ordered the tiles, but changed my mind as I wanted to laminate the floor instead - so when I asked to return them, the costs involved were very silly. On a £195.79 order they were looking to refund me only £122.11 as they had a handling fee and return carriage costs.

Really helpful when I ordered the carpet tiles over the phone gave spot on advice with regards the amount of adhesive required and delivered next day as promised with regular updates on delivery time definitely use them again on top of that great product

Excellent service. We realised we needed an extra box and managed to call before the 12:30 deadline as the pallet was being loaded.
Tiles arrived as promised.

Nice fast delivery couldn’t be happier highly recommend

Exception service every time!

The staff at Carpet Tiles Next Day are first class. Committed, efficient and just really nice. Remembered me from my last purchase, worked everything out for me and my job for the day is done. Their efficiency makes me as a Chief Finance Officer for the MAT efficient. Ian is fantastic and really lifts my mood every time I speak to him. Real asset to the company!

Spoke to Ian, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly
