I have used Scott Findlay to service my gas boiler for the last 4 years or so. They send a message to let you know when your service is due and on the day they text to let you know the name of the engineer who will be arriving. All the staff arrive on time, are friendly , polite and knowledgeable. This year it was my pleasure to meet Duncan, who did a great job, ensuring all was in good order, and left the area clean and tidy. Brilliant! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Have used this company a few times now, always find them to be reliable and jobs are always done to a high standard. This time round engineer Andy went the extra mile after a fault was found with our boiler which he fixed although he was there to install a radiator. Great service. Would highly recommend this company.

Scott Findlay Plumbing and Heating Company have recently installed a new boiler, radiators and all necessary piping in our home and from the first point of contact it has been a joy. Their communication(always kept us up to date on progress), their teams work ethics (it’s a company whose workforce knows the job and works professionally towards the end goal).

Scott Findlay is a reliable and efficient company. All their engineers arrive promptly, work cleanly and quickly and inspire confidence in their work.

They installed our boiler and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for servicing.

Service engineer Jack was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Did an excellent job.

We had a problem with water running constantly into the toilet bowl.
Ryan came the day after I called and sorted the problem.
We had a small problem that required a second visit and Ryan came back the very next day and all sorted.

Very nice friendly people when you call and Ryan is as nice, friendly and professional as those we spoke to in the office.

Used this company for years. Very professional, punctual and respectful of property. I've only had a few small repairs done but always reasonable price and most importantly I don't feel ripped off which is most reassuring. Would use them always.

Quick, efficient and not intrusive. Friendly and helpful engineer. The booking and payment system is very good - you can still speak with a human being rather than be forced into technology!
