I am completely happy with the quality and delivery of my order and have ordered a few times before and have never had any issues.
The only negative experience for me is that recently whilst using the website during a sale I was trying to add an item to my basket but was unsuccessful.
The website was very slow to respond and as a result I missed out on an opportunity to buy a piece that I really wanted.
But aside from this I will continue to buy from Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery.

I have the app and this makes ordering very simple. The communication from the company is always good about dispatch and transit. Items arrive when they say they will.

Great service and product. A couple of suggestions as I have bought 4 necklaces/numerous charms. The round beaded necklaces could have a knot between each bead for security in case of breakage and also should have a 2 inch extender, and though the faceted quartz/aquamarine necklaces have a 2 inch extension, it’s hard to ensure that they sit well and don’t sit on top of/or underneath the bead necklaces.

The post man just left my box hanging at the letter box. I got home and it wasnt where they had left it, i dont understand why it was left like that in the open for so i cant give you 5 stars this time im so sorry i need the ring in order to give you a 4/5 star.
