Everything went to hell in 24 hours
All was well with the test drive. But when I got back home. Found out the 12V battery was dead. This was in a car which was serviced at the same dealership a month earlier. Then found out that they have not disconnected the previous owner from accessing the car with his account. So he can switch on my climate control whenever he wants. To top it all off the FREE Warranty they offered for 90 days does not specifically cover the 12V battery. Avoid at all costs if you can...! Horrible experience for a new car 🚨

Warning Avoid Carsa at all costs.

My experience has been nothing short of terrible.
Since buying my car, I discovered multiple faults, including an engine warning light that their mechanics failed to fix despite several attempts. Once I reported the issues, I was largely ignored, despite chasing almost daily. I eventually had to turn up at the dealership in person just to get someone to take notice.
It took over three months from the date of purchase to finally have the car rejected.
If you're considering buying from Carsa, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice. Good customer service isn't tested when everything goes right—it's tested when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them again and wont be buying another car from Carsa, or recommening them to anyone else.
As i can't reply to your message how about you reply to my emails instead of a review. You still owe me money.

Nothing went right for this purchase &…
Nothing went right for this purchase & it's extremely disappointing when you spend a lot of money on a car and travel from Ireland to complete a purchase, that the basics are missing.
- The car had supposedly been serviced 3 days prior to buying, no indication in the service booklet and there was a low pressure warning for one tyre.
- The battery hadn't been charged and the fuel tank was almost empty.
- The car wasn't cleaned or valeted to a high standard.
- The car was missing all of the floor mats, this was not mentioned anywhere in the advert or during the conversation with the sales team.
- The sales person dealing with my transaction found most tasks a challenge which slowed everything down.
- Despite pointing out a number of these issues during the test drive and asking for them to be addressed the tyre pressure wasn't fixed and the battery wasn't charged while I waited 5 hours for the bank transfer to complete.
The Bolton manager Hamza was good to deal with but I can't overlook these issues.
