Mikway Logistics LLC, DBA CarShipCentral Reviews

I reached out to CarShipCentral for transport of a fifth-wheel RV (not a car) and provided detailed, professional requirements upfront: unit specs, weight, hitch type, fixed pickup and delivery windows, and the need for a guaranteed price with an assigned driver. These are standard requirements for RV transport and I’ve had them met multiple times by other carriers.

Instead of responding with a clear yes/no or declining professionally, the representative KYRIE JORDAN replied with “good luck to find someone to do that for you.” When I explained that this isn’t about luck and that I was simply determining fit, the response I received was “ohh yeah good one 😂”.

That response alone tells you everything you need to know. No attempt to clarify capabilities, no professionalism, no courtesy just dismissiveness and sarcasm.

If you need serious, time-critical transport with clear contractual terms, this company is not equipped to handle it, either operationally or professionally.

Gary was so supportive and professional throughout the whole process and really took care of me.

Very good customer service, Kyrie Jordan was helpful and attentive at any moment I had any questions and concerns, even though I needed my vehicle transported through the holidays he made it happen and at a good timely manner.

Gary u did that wen nobody else could 5stars too u this rv is wonderful 💖 keep going above and beyond for your client thanks again Gary for making my experience a lot easier shipping this motorhome

Good communication make the job very simple to get done

Worst company ever. Gave me a quote 3 weeks ago. Signed their contract 2 weeks ago. Still can't find a driver to transport my motorcycle. But if I would pay 3 times their original quote they would find someone. Original guy I talked to ghosted me on email and then I talked to a very rude person on the phone Had to cancel my credit card because they said they were still going to charge me even though they are the ones who broke their own contract. And still can't find a driver. Please do not use this company. They will pull the old bait and switch to try and get you to pay more

Kyrie Jordan was really great to work with. He was quick to respond to my messages and willing to help me understand the process. I found him to be professional and kind. I highly recommend considering Kyrie should you need help getting your vehicle from A to B.

I just want to give recognition for an outstanding job and helping me get my motorcycle in a timely manner. Kyrie Jordan was the first person to reach out and get me locked in days before anyone else even contacted me. Even with delays from the pickup site from unforeseen circumstances and pushing my pick up time back, Kyrie worked with me to stay within a schedule that suited my needs. He was fast to lock on a driver, even though the price went up slightly it was still better than offers I was previously given. Kyrie ensured I was satisfied by following up after delivery and making sure I was 100% satisfied with my delivery. I would recommend Kyrie to anyone trying to ship vehicles, and I will be using him again when I need to in the future

I had a difficult pick up route and price a little more than doubled from original quote in order to get the contract picked up. Communication was great throughout the whole process. The driver given the contract was professional and knowledge. The delivery went smoothly with no issues. Would recommend!!

Kyrie did an amazing job getting my vehicle moved.
Highly recommend Car Ship Central!

Kyrie Jordan has been a pleasure to do business with. Another shipper disappointed us but Kyrie was able to arrange transport from Chicago to Seattle at the last minute. He and his transporter driver kept me updated and delivered hours earlier than anticipated. Well done Kyrie. Thank you

CarShipCentral was great, Kyrie Jordan made the process of transporting my motorcycle from MA to TN easy and seamless. He communicated with me throughout the entire process I would highly recommend.

I recently used this logistics company to transport a new motorcycle across the country, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked with Kyrie Jordan, who was extremely helpful in arranging a transporter that could meet my tight timeline. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and my bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition with no damage. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing fast, reliable, and professional transport services!

Kyrie Jordan was very helpful and worked hard to help me ship my truck and was always available when I need his help or had questions.

I had a very long list of people trying to move my motorcycle from VA to UT on short notice, but I decided to sign with Car Ship Central. Finding a driver for my very narrow pick up availability window was more challenging than we had hoped it would be, but my agent, Kyrie Jordan, put in a lot of extra effort and eventually found a driver. Although it cost a bit more then we had hoped, he figured out a way, and my bike actually arrived at my destination earlier than expected.

I recommend. Kyrie Jordan has done an phenomenal job. The transaction was easy and affordable and my car was delivered in 24 h faster than I expected.

My man Theo Williams did an outstanding job getting me somebody quickly staying on top of it and getting my delivery there actually they quoted us this weekend and it’s already delivered in Florida from Carson City Nevada so Gainesville Florida so very happy with Theo. Thank you.
