Truecarriers Reviews

First contact and finding an initial driver was great. Unfortunately the initial driver cancelled one day before scheduled pick up and I was in a time crunch. I reached out to Charlie and he worked to find me a new driver. The upsetting part was that due to increases in diesel fuel prices, the price when up from $1350 to $1950 but I had no other options. I understand this was not Charlie's fault and he did work with me to reduce the price from $2100 down to $1950, but it was a shock and not a great situation. The transport went well and the 2 guys that picked it up and dropped it off were great. They were transporting a Travel Trailer, so they checked in with the office at the destination resort and parked it exactly as I asked them to. Overall it was not a bad experience other than the sticker shock of the increased pricing. Because I was in a time crunch, I had no options, but if I had not been, I may have shopped around for a better price. I am not a fan of last minute changes after I signed a contract and did my part to commit.

Charlie Diaz was great to work with. He took our needs of transporting our boat professionally and when we needed special transportation he found it for us. And when we changed our minds, he found us a new driver within 24 hours. He even called to check to make sure our boat made it to our new home safely. Great customer service - will recommend and use again if needed!!!!!

Charlie was amazing from start to finish! Communication was on point and he kept me updated the entire time, which really put me at ease and took a big load off my brain. Oscar handled the delivery and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was stress free, and that meant a lot to me!

Working with a Charlie was a god send! From the first conversation I felt the trust that I was looking for. He coordinated the transport of a special boat for me, and everything from start to finish with tip top! There is no better source for transportation out there! Highly recommended. Thanks, Charlie!

Charlie was exceptional to work with. I needed a boat transported from CA to AZ, it needed to be hauled on a trailer. He was able to find a driver that could transport it on a trailer, but it ended up falling through. I had a deadline to get the boat out of its location. He worked very diligently to find someone who was able to retrieve the boat before my deadline. He kept me extremely well informed from the beginning to end as well as responding to my messages in a very timely manner. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with Charlie for any future transport needs.

Worked with Charlie Diaz to have an ATV shipped 500+ miles. He made it happen even after a couple of independent drivers dropped the ball. He kept working for me until it arrived at my home.

Charlie was a great help and had understanding of specific shipping needs. Although the actual driver dropped the ball Charlie was able to get the right equipment and got it handled. Thanks

I had a great experience working with Charlie at TrueCarrier to get our new travel trailer shipped. They were incredibly helpful in coordinating the transport and ensuring all the details with the carrier were squared away. Everything was picked up and delivered exactly on schedule, and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Charlie Diaz was absolutely superb. He setup transportation for my shipment expertly. He regularly communicated with me and made the process effortless for me.

Charlie is my go to for all needs shipping. I work at a Harley dealer and he is by far the only person I will even consider shipping motorcycles thru. He always understands my needs and time frames and always has a great price. I would recommend him to anyone looking to ship anything, he will get it done right, the first time. You can trust him!

Charly did a great job excellent communication

Charlie Diaz did a great job of communicating start to finish and in between. We needed our camper moved from mid south Florida to Waco, Texas. Our only hiccup was we were told by dispatch it was going to be on sight the next day. Over 20 hours to complete the journey non-stop. Pick-up Thursday, deliver on Friday. Saturday is 4th of July. OK we thought driver wanted the 4th off. Who by the way did not speak English. We hooked him up an sent him down the road. Now in order to meet him we needed to go so he would not need to wait on us. We took off an didn't look back. I don't usually drive that many hours, but I needed to get there to meet driver. 8 a.m.we got in an called, only to find out driver got tired an needed to rest, an that is what it should be. No problem with that. I would have liked a heads up that I didn't need to put up over 20 hours on the road myself. Our first time hiring someone to haul for us, an in the end it turned out good, delivery of camper in same condition as it left us. Driver was professional an polite, thank goodness for translating app.

I worked with Charlie Diaz, an amazing professional who went above and beyond his duties to ensure my 4 vehicles were delivered across country. He has a great work ethic and his passion and dedication to his customers are unmatched. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend!

Charlie was great to work with. Great communicator worked with me on my budget and I had a fantastic delivery experience.

Charlie was great and facilitated the move for my car from Boston to California! He was very strong with communication and made sure to keep me updated on progress. He also helped answer my questions timely and I had a very smooth experience with Charlie. Also had a great experience with TrueCarriers, this is my second time using them for a move.

Charlie was great followed through with what he said and my delivery was perfect.

Charlie Diaz was my broker on a last minute transport. He got me a great price and checked in with me throughout the process. A+ grade for Charlie.

Charlie worked diligently and efficiently to find a driver for our boat. Cesar the man who delivered the boat was on time, polite and very helpful in parking the boat (the driveway is very tight and he nailed it)

Great service and dedication by Charlie.
Very responsive to any questions and concerns. Makes the process easier!

There was a small problem with the truck but both the dispatcher (Charlie) and the driver has been very helpful and communicative
