Truecarriers Reviews

STAY AWAY FROM TRUE CARRIER!!! Fake business that WILL STEAL your money, won’t fulfill anything they say, make you sign a fake contract STAY AWAY

Charlie was diligently working hard to find drivers for my situation. He had good communication with the drivers and the stipulations. I had a truck, jet ski, a collector's car and a welding trailer. There were some hiccups along the way but in the end all my items were delivered safely.

Bella guided me through the whole process and kept me updated the whole time. Driver was quick to get it delivered and parked in the space I requested. Great experience overall. Will use true carriers for my next transport needs.

Kept Changing the price. Didn't follow directions. Took money on my credit card that they were not supposed to and now won't repay.

Everything was excelent and professional from start to finish. The driver bring my car even earlier and it's planed.

I had a terrible experience with True Carrier when transporting my car from New York to California. They misrepresented their insurance coverage, claiming in the contract that my vehicle was protected with $100K bumper-to-bumper insurance, which turned out to be false advertising.

After my car was damaged during transport, TrueCarriers provided me with 2 incorrect insurance policies before finally giving me the right one. Now, I’m being told that the dispatcher’s insurance doesn’t actually cover my claim. TrueCarriers has taken zero responsibility in following up with the dispatcher or helping me resolve this issue.
I trusted this company to handle my car shipment professionally, but they have been completely unhelpful and unaccountable. If you’re considering using True Carrier, be extremely cautious—their insurance claims may not be what they promise.

Great service and very reliable. I’ve used their service twice and Marc always made it such an easy process. 10/10 recommend.

Booking with Mark was great and professional. The pick up and delivery was on time. My car arrived earlier than expected. Pick up and delivery was smooth. I’ll surely recommend them anytime.

I had initial issues with scheduling and contractual fees imposed when I had to find another carrier. However, Adonis and his management team made all the problems disappear. Customer oriented and professional. Recommend to anyone transporting automobiles within the US.

Reda did a great job for me on a bike move. Price quoted was a bit higher than I anticipated but the specialized motorcycle hauler used was perfect and the bike handled professionally. Picked up on time and delivered early. Worth the cost. Reda stayed in touch throughout the trip.

The agent Reda provided Excellent Service, swift, effective communication & followed up each step from our initial communication to pick up of vehicle. Amazing job, especially at such short notice! 10/10 will be working with him again in the future.

Service provided to move my car from CA to TX was awesome and hassle free. Promises were delivered and cheaper than others carriers.

They moved a motorcycle for 1600 miles no problems. Great delivery.

Excellent service and communication. The shipping agent Reda Flynn and the driver Roman, stayed in touch throughout all the process of pickup. The process was easy and friendly

Reda was a true professional, well spoken and honest. I highly recommend him on your next shipment.

Hi i would like to share my experience not only as a customer also as an agent working there for Carshipcentral , movewheels and true carrier it's the same company with different names and how they ask us to scam people and keep on asking for more money overtime here is how it works they will provide a low price to get you sign a contract and get the CC info and keep on pushing the dates till you end up paying more so they make more money and get the lowest price for a driver it doesn't end here as an employee i had a family emergence and provided what's going on to the sales manager and got sick the next thing that i was told that i got fired and will not be paid for the month that i worked almost the full month it's up to you to give them your business or not after reading this but remember that you will be making a fool out of yourself

Fast and no worries

Excellent service. Super friendly, communicates promptly, pick up and delivery times were flexible based on what I needed. 10/10 would trust them again :)
