Never received as much text spam from a company as I have these guys. It’s also impossible to leave their mailing list. This evening I have lodged a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office to hopefully protect myself and others.

Spam galore! But a helpful resolution.
They keep sending me spam emails, anything from 1 to 3 a day. I never provided my email address to this business so I have no idea where they are getting people email addresses from.

Thanks for the response, I have unsubscribed to the emails. Upped to 3 stars as the response was professional and courteous, appreciate it. However I have no record of being contacted asking whether I want to receive the emails, you may want to check up on that just in case.

Hi Dan, really sorry about the unwanted emails. We recently acquired another company and, during the handover, some addresses were transferred to us under GDPR as part of that business relationship. It’s likely your email came via that brand (for example, from a past enquiry or competition entry). We notified contacts and provided clear opt-out options, but if you’re still receiving messages, that’s on us.
Please either click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or contact us directly (info@carsino.uk or via our website’s contact page) with the address in question. We’ll remove it immediately and add it to our do-not-contact list. We never purchase email lists.

I just won the latest competition
I just won the latest competition, my prize arrived very shortly after. I can say with absolute certainty that they are legitimate and in addition seem like a really nice bunch.
Their content online through Facebook and YouTube is very premium and make for great watching.
Theyre new to the scene but I hope they grow - in the meantime take advantage of the great odds guys!

Unwanted marketing constantly being sent
This Company keep texting marketing information to my daughter who is only 16. No way of stopping without payment. They have already objected to this review and I have had to amend. Still receiving unwanted texts.

This review will be taken down in a few days as they’ve “requested” my details. I’m not providing my details, as I believe this company to be unscrupulous. But this confirms that they’ve got some of my details (phone number), through means other than myself; otherwise they’d have all of my contact details and appropriately reply to my review. Horrible firm.

Regularly receive marketing texts from this company, despite never signing up to them. Had to send a premium rate text message in an attempt to stop the messages. I'd also wager they're not a legit company, and would advise people to steer clear and use more reputable companies that seem to actually have positive reviews about them, rather than suspiciously looking testimonials from previous "winners" on their own facebook page.

This could have happened for a multitude of reasons. We can't remove your details as your profile name on here is 'Chris', so I can't find your records without a surname, email or phone number.
Full transparency, we really don't want to contact people who don't want to be contacted. It costs us money and just upsets people. We'd like to get this sorted. We're a new, honest, hardworking company with the same teething problems any new company would face.
